Our Little House started its life as a 2-car garage, on the alley behind our home, that we transformed into our vision of a cozy and peaceful retreat. This light filled studio is professionally designed, features art from local artists and designers, and is equipped with heating & AC, making it a very comfortable spot to relax and enjoy Portland. You'll have a fully detached private guest house with a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor space and be two blocks away from the vibrant Alberta district.

There is a full kitchen that opens into the living area with a skylight and high windows that offer great natural light. Walk down the hall and enjoy the spacious bathroom with our provided bath tray for real relaxation. Tuck yourself into bed and enjoy the stars or choose to black out windows using our automated shades for uninterrupted sleep.

The Haseman House

Come stay in our Architectural micro home in NE Portland. Close to Mississippi and everything that NE Williams has to offer. Thoughtfully deigned with many amenities. A great WFH vacation retreat. This little house is located in the back of a main house. The backyard is shared with the main front house. There is only street parking but it is free and typically available. We are close to public transportation and rental bikes as well as an organic grocery store... very walkable.

Spacious Guesthouse with Creative Style and Local Charm

Our recently built, light filled and spacious ADU sits quietly in our back yard and above my painting studio. It's an open, airy and modern loft-style home with reclaimed fir floors, shelving, vanity, and doors. The queen size bed has a super comfy natural latex foam mattress and in the loft there is a fold out sofa with a full size memory foam sleeping pad. It has a well appointed kitchen and washer and dryer for your use. I provide coffee and tea for your stay as well.

Located just down the street from public transit and 1.3 miles from the Oregon Convention Center as well as the Moda Center. Come enjoy our beautiful place in the Irvington neighborhood.
