We are empty nested, professional parents of 4 kids - all of whom are off to college or in their careers. My husband and I live upstairs. Our home is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood that is close to everything. 3 miles to the Down Town mall, 3.5 to John Paul Jones arena, 3.5 to UVA, 6.2 to CHO Airport and many more popular destinations. We added insulation between the floors and closed off the stairs while adding a w/d for each unit so there is no longer shared indoor spaces or amenities.
