The accommodation is located in a quiet area and a short distance from the beach. I highly recommend this affordable place for a stay in Old Orchard Beach!

Beautiful house! Lots of space and had everything you need for your visit. The community pool was great too. Very close to Portland and easy to get to other areas of Maine from the location. Jason was a great host and very responsive and helpful! Only minor complaint was mattresses upstairs were a little on the firm side but other than that the house was great!

Jenelle’s house was perfect for our family stay in OOB. It is a short couple minute walk to all of the restaurants and shops on the main strip. Jenelle had available beach supplies including towels, a wagon, beach chairs and umbrella for us to use. Jenelle was very friendly and responsive. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

Kathy is the perfect host. She is quick to respond and helpful regarding local dining. Love her taste in furnishings! We will make her place a yearly retreat. The ocean is only 40 minutes away.

My wife and I were both very pleased. Private, beautiful setting, rain or shine. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities were very complete.

We’ve stayed a lot of places in the area and we will be booking this one again! Very clean, spacious, convenient. We did wish there was a full size pool table! But everything was really nice and we can’t wait to book again for our next ATV adventures!

A very kind couple and a lovely home. We had a winter storm come through at the end of our stay and they were very accomodating of a late checkout if we needed some extra time to deal with the snow. Also their hommade Banana bread is a 10/10!

This was one of the cleanest Airbnb’s I have ever been in. Monica was such a good host and so fast with her response! The nature around the house was amazing! This is such a serene place! Unfortunately, it rained the weekend of our stay, so we weren’t able to fully enjoy the river or the beautiful deck overlooking it. Regardless, it was a wonderful stay. Valerie’s place was spotless, comfortable, and stocked with almost everything you could need in the kitchen—and then some. There is a regular coffee pot (not a Keurig), so if you prefer specific coffee pods, you may want to bring your own. Valerie did have coffee and sugar available for guests. While the ice maker wasn’t working during our stay, Valerie kindly provided a full container of ice in the freezer, along with bottled water in the fridge, which was much appreciated. The TV is not a smart TV, so we weren’t able to stream Netflix or similar apps, and the available channels were limited. Normally, we don’t watch much TV on vacation, but the rainy weekend made us take notice. All in all, it truly is a very cute, clean and cozy place to stay. We would very much recommend it. Thank you.

J’ai toujours rêvé de venir à OOB l’hiver et j’ai vraiment aimé l’expérience! Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Avec son emplacement et ses portes patios doubles, la vue est splendide! Pour les amateurs du bruit des vagues, de la vue de la mer, des levés de soleil, des longues marches à la plage… c’est l’endroit idéal!

This is the second time we have stayed at Bill's Condo. We love the location. I think this is one of the very best views in Nordic Village. Also, Bill is one of the best hosts that I have worked with. We had early check in which was great. The condo itself is very well stocked and had everything that we needed. Great Kitchen, comfortable bed, 2-person jet tub, and fireplace makes the condo very cozy and inviting. Hope to stay again soon.

We had an amazing experience at this house! The location is excellent, with easy access to everything we needed. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, accepting our last-minute booking and making sure everything was ready for our stay. The house is fully equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable. Great accomodations at a great price especially during ice fishing derby weekend. Within minutes to Belmont Beach and Ahern State park for lake access and 20 mins to Derby HQ on main lake Winni. Centrally located to plenty of activities. Cozy accomodations and host was super informative pre-checkin or anything we needed. Although the game room is closed during winter, we are excited to come back in summer to utilize.

Our 3rd time staying here....great location and reasonably priced. Love the view out back to the trees and a peek of some mountains. Also great snow cleanup - we were here for a big storm and the plows cleared the car park and the paths were shoveled quickly.

We had a fabulous time at Meg’s Condo. The location was perfect and the unit was spotless! Also the beds were very very comfortable!! Highly recommend this to anyone!!

We had a great day! The place was perfect for our small group, and very convenient to the mountains for skiing. The condo had all the little things needed. And it was very comfortable. I would definitely book again.
