It is located in Monticello, Ky, in a rural part of the area. It’s about 12 minutes to town. There is very close (driving distance) swimming access, kayaking, boating, boat ramps, fishing & marinas. On a dead end street, so very peaceful. Kayak rental is available for $25. per day/per kayak. Pet fee $50/$75 per stay.

The house is situated on a quiet street and has a nice double wide gravel driveway that provides plenty of parking and easy access for boat trailers. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, open floor plan which includes kitchen, dining and living room - wonderful for family meals or game nights. The back porch also has plenty of seating and overlooks the fire pit in the backyard.

The house is located on our 80+ acre family farm where black angus cattle also reside. You may also spot deer, turkeys, and other wildlife. There are numerous bird feeders so you can enjoy birdwatching from several outdoor seating areas. The property is filled with paths through wildflower gardens and has expansive views of the surrounding mountains.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, secluded, one story home in the country. 10 minutes from Rowena Marina (Lake Cumberland) and 30 minutes Sunset Marina (Dale Hollow). Less than 30 minutes to Dale Hollow State Park. Features 4 bedrooms which include 1 king, 2 queen and 2 twin beds. ROKU TV for streaming in each bedroom. ROKU TV in living room also has cable. 2.5 baths. Wonderful front porch and large back patio for relaxing. Driveway was recently expanded and paved.

The Cozy Cabell Cottage

It’s time for an adventure at our vacation rental, Cabell Cottage. With Lake Cumberland only 5 minutes away via the Cabell landing....really your boat is 5 minutes from being in the water; the cottage can be your base for all things fun on the lake (swimming, boating, and fishing). Did I CATCH your interest with fishing. However, if it’s a retreat you seek, the cottage is also for you as it sits in a quiet, very pretty, rural area of Wayne County, Kentucky, where 5 can sleep easily.

Crooked House

The Crooked House! Yes you read that right. This older house has been renovated from top to bottom but the floors have remained unlevel to give you the feeling of the old an original. (Actually my contractor didn't notice the uneven floors until it was too late to adjust, ha) The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. We have 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, a nice coffee bar, seating for 6 comfortably and 6 acres to be enjoyed. Come stay with us and enjoy our space.

Page's Legacy: Spring Getaway at the Lake

All rooms have a view of the lake and the deck overlooks Dale Hollow. We are a mile from Wolf River Boat Dock. The suite is downstairs with a private entrance. There are walking paths that encompasses 3 acres on the property. The private deck has a fire pit for chilly mornings to enjoy coffee or relaxing evening.
