Very good garden and peaceful to stay. Very good and wide view and convenient to arrive by car. Fair price and the host is very friendly and helpful for information. Comfortable and clean.

Jane was very friendly and house is exactly as the description and the pictures. Is located in a very calm area. You definitely need a car to get to any shop or the city of Montegiorgio. The pool is really great and regularly cleaned. House is very comfortable and has fulfilled all our needs. It was very clean at our arrival. We enjoyed the view over the hills of the area of Montegiorgio. Tipps of Jane for the restaurants have been very useful and accurate. We enjoyed a lot our stay in Casa Isabela

Vi reste två små familjer från Sverige, fyra vuxna och tre barn i åldrarna 1-6. Vår önskan var att spendera en vecka i ett bra hus med egen pool någonstans i Italien med närhet till Roms flygplats. Vi hittade detta fantastiska hus i Abruzzo som var en för oss outforskad region. Och väl på plats insåg vi att det var ännu bättre än vi hade kunnat föreställa oss. Mario och hela hans familj är fantastiska värdar. De är så stolta över sin Villa Nicolai, med all rätt, och vill verkligen att deras gäster ska trivas på alla sätt. De är lätta att ha att göra med, välkomnande, inbjudande och generösa. Huset är toppen! Tre sovrum, rymligt och fräscht badrum, stora ytor för socialt umgänge och ett välutrustat kök. Trädgården är helt underbar, välskött och rogivande. Poolen är stor och välskött. Villa Nicolai ligger i den vackra lilla byn Lettomanoppello, ca 20 mil från Roms flygplats, och därifrån kan man enkelt göra dagsutflykter av många olika slag. I området finns fina gamla bergsbyar, storstad och stränder. Naturen är fantastisk! Vi reste denna gång i slutet av juli när det var väldigt varmt. Pool, AC och skuggiga delar av trädgården gjorde att det fungerade bra. Jag kan tänka mig att det är ett fantastiskt ställe även höst och vår. Och jag har förstått att området är perfekt även för vintersemester med skidåkning. Rekommenderar varmt detta ställe och dess värd på alla tänkbara sätt!

Wir (vier Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) haben den Aufenthalt bei Paul und May sehr genossen. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet allen Komfort - exakt wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen.

Tolle Wohnung mit viel Platz. Raffaele war stets erreichbar und hat uns nicht nur im Vorfeld viele gute Tips wie Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zukommen lassen, sondern sowohl bei der Ankunft als auch bei der Abfahrt Spezialitäten der Gegend sowie kalte Getränke (Wasser, Wein) und Olivenöl vorbei gebracht. Die Einweisung in die Wohnung war persönlich und unkompliziert. Speziell zu erwähnen sind der tolle Strandplatz mit eigenem, sehr grossen, fest installiertem Schirm und 4 Liegen im Strandabschnitt gegenüber (2 Min. zu Fuß), sowie der Privatpool die beide nur zur eigenen Verwendung und kostenlos zur Verfügung stehen. Handtücher wurden gewechselt und die Wohnung zwischendurch gereinigt! Zur sehr sauberen Wohnung gehören ausserdem 4 Fahrräder mit welchen wir gerne fast jeden Abend die kurze Strecke (20 Min/6 km) nach Pescara gefahren sind. Dort hat man eine schöne Stadt mit Fußgängerzone und Geschäften sowie weitere Restaurants. Kurzum top und Danke an Raffaele!

Bellissima location, grande, pulita e fornita di tutto, proprio come nella descrizione, immersa nel relax in collina. Ottima come base per andare al mare (15 minuti di auto) ma consente di passare anche giornate intere a bordo piscina. Checkin ed assistenza durante tutto il soggiorno assicurati da Rita, attenta e sempre gentile. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e la consigliamo vivamente! Grazie e complimenti a Guy e Shelley!

Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus mit einem riesen eingezäunten Garten. Das Haus hat eine gute Ausstattung und eine einzigartige Lage mit der schönen Terrasse und dem Meerblick. Das Meer ist in nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und es gibt dort schöne Strandbars und einen schönen freien Strand mit super Wasserqualität, Vorallem für Kinder da das Meer dort sehr flach ist. Valentina ist sehr nett und hat sich um alles nötige gekümmert, der Check-In und Check-Out lief problemlos! Wir würden das Haus an jede Familie weiterempfehlen!

Wir genossen als fünfköpfige Familie mit Kindern von 7/9/11 Jahren unsere zwei Wochen Sommerferien in vollen Zügen. Mary und John sind tolle Gastgeber vor Ort und haben uns warmherzig und wohlwollend empfangen und mit allen wichtigen Informationen bzgl. Ausflügen, Restaurants, Hausinformationen eingedeckt. Auch unsere Abreise am Vorabend war für sie kein Problem😃. Das Haus ist abgelegen und grosszügig in der Nutzung. Die Ventalitoren waren im Dauer-Einsatz…. Toller Pool, der sich selber reinigte, vor allem an den heissen Tagen haben wir das kühle Nass mehrmals genossen. Danke für diese wunderschöne Zeit in den Abruzzen! Casa Lola proved to be a fantastic stay. The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities were of a very high standard. We much enjoyed the pool, the large kitchen and the various terraces. A great space for a large group to have a very relaxing holiday. Victoria was extremely helpful with local tips and introductions to some of her neighbours to help us out with various requests (one of her neighbours makes a great lasagne). All in all a great stay, and we might have to repeat the experience sometime.

This villa and its surrounding area is absolutely stunning. We had fresh organic tomatoes, figs, pears, peaches and apricots ready to pick and eat, not to mention the wine from Tommaso’s vineyard!! The chickens gave hours of entertainment to the little ones. The villa itself is large with all necessary amenities and the BBQ area a perfect space for al fresco dining. The pool is dreamy, large with spectacular views out to sea. Tomato was a wonderful host, always on hand for any questions and recommendations. We will definitely be back, it’s a fabulous place to relax in the peaceful Italian countryside yet a five minute drive to the beach - perfectto!!

Stayed at the Lemonvilla while visiting family in Ripatranstone and San Benedetto. The villa was absolutely gorgeous - photos do not do justice. Private and remote feeling (but still close to town) we felt at home staying at the villa. All 7 of us had enough space. Marcus was proactive and accommodating before the trip started - providing recommendations before we arrived. We hope to return!

Villa Mayer was an excellent place to stay for my family during our trip to Fossacesia and Abruzzo. The villa was spectacular with amazing views, excellent location and it had everything that we needed for our two weeks - including the pool which was just perfect throughout the hot weather during our stay! Piero was an exceptional host; attentive and helpful. He made our stay easy and I would certainly stay again next time!

Wir hatten einen sehr tollen Aufenthalt! Das Haus war super geeignet für 10 Personen mit 2 kleinen Kindern (mehr wären auch möglich gewesen) und durch den Garten ein Paradies für uns. Da da Haus nicht klimatisiert ist, wird es in den Schlafzimmern auch Nachts teilweise nicht kühl, dafür gibt es aber in jedem Raum Ventilatoren. Der Pool ist ein wirklicher Traum. Vor allem die Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft von Brians lokalem Mitarbeiter Andy war grandios - er hat uns sehr viele Tipps gegeben und bei allem umgehend geholfen :)

For me and my family this was one of the most relaxing vacations in one of the most beautiful homes we have ever had. Tina, who manages the house, is very responsive and a small problem with the hot water was fixed immediately. She knows the area very well and has lots of good recommendations. And if you ask nicely, she will gladly reserve a table in one of the many restaurants where no other language is spoken except Italian. You should also be prepared for hot weather and that the house has no air conditioning. I could only sleep badly at night because of the hear and you didn't want to open the windows wide because of the lack of mosquito nets. And if you are tall - like me - you should know that the beds are only 190 cm long. For families with small children I would not recommend the house. The two bedrooms in the Cube are not connected with each other or with the main house and up at the pool are few places where small children could fall off and hurt themselves badly.

Me and my friends had a great time at Carlo's villa, it felt really comfortable and Carlo himself was amazing (even giving us a lift when we missed a bus.) The garden and the pool were really nice and being able to get fresh eggs from the chickens was a nice surprise. We got to the villa quite late at night and pretty hungry so we were relieved to see some ingredients, some bottles of water and a bottle of wine there waiting for us to help us settle in. We had a lot of really good interactions with Carlo and even invited him over for a drink one day to say thanks for being such a good host. The next time we go back to visit our family down there we'll definitely look to book Casa Paterna again.

Beh, che dire.. un'esperienza unica! I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi, ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Attenzione ai dettagli, cordialità, puntualità, disponibilità. La casa è bellissima,le camere sono pittoresche,il paesaggio è mozzafiato. Ritorneremo sicuramente!!

Grazie mille a Valentina per averci accolte nel suo spettacolare b&b. Gli alloggi sono forniti di tutto,panorama stupendo ,molto aereo, apprezzata la colazione nel chioschetto posizionato accanto all'appartamento. Ci ha inoltre fatto trovare una torta fatta in casa con marmellata e una marea di merendine per colazione (gesto molto apprezzato). Il luogo è incantevole. Bellissimo anche lo shop con i prodotti cosmetici!

La villa è perfettamente conforme alla descrizione, curata nei dettagli e fornita di tutto il necessario al punto da farci sentire a casa. Abbiamo ricevuto indicazioni anche su punti di interesse nei dintorni e lo scambio con l’host è sempre stato veloce e chiaro. Host attentissimo alle necessità della mia famiglia, in particolar modo ai più piccoli, ho davvero apprezzato. Sicuramente consiglio l’alloggio.

De woning is meer dan geweldig! Qua hygiëne beste tot nu toe. Maar ook de ligging, faciliteiten en inrichting meer dan we hadden gehoopt. De twee badkamers en het zwembad pure luxe. Eigenaren zijn super vriendelijk, behulpzaam en qua communicatie top. Bij aankomst een mooi pakketje met lekkere dingen en fles wijn en bij afscheid nogmaals verrast met een afscheidscadeau. Ongelooflijk lief. Een vakantie om niet te vergeten.

L’abitazione in se è stata molto carina , le camere sono spaziose , pulite ed ognuna munita di un bagno , il salotto e la cucina sono molto accoglienti e la posizione delle casa rispetto anche al paese lì vicino è molto strategica . Il giardino è molto grande e grazioso dove si possono fare cene fuori e soprattutto un bagno nella piscina panoramica La location è adatta anche per più nuclei famigliari perché la struttura garantisce la propria privacy

Das Haus von John hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen! Wunderschöne ruhige Lage, atemberaubende Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge und ein Außenbereich, der sehr viele Möglichkeiten bietet. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles an Ausstattung was man sich wünschen kann. TOP!

We (2 adults, 2 kids) had two great weeks here end July. Even if the description looked like the entire house was for rent, and not just a flat in a semidetached house, it still was very convenient place to be and we didn't miss anything. Really nice and helpful owner who picked us up and also provided a lot of hints. About 15 - 20 min. driving distance to the beaches and about 5 - 10 min. to food shops and super markets or the nearby fashion outlet, means car is required for everything. However beautiful view on hills and sea in a very quiet and green area. Fresh linen and towels have been provided after first week, that was nice. Not cheap but given high season, the very convenient infrastructure (shops, food) and how well the place is kept, the price is absolutely ok. We would come again.
