What we saw in the listing is what it is in person. The place is clean. Aircon is working perfectly. The host is responsive. The place is quiet and it is a safe place. As we leave our belongings for the whole day and nothing was stolen. We enjoyed the white sand beach. On morning, it was low tide my mom enjoyed picking sea clamps :) Overall if you are looking for quiet place and white sand beach I recommend this place. Looking forward to go back the soonest. :)

Our second time here - had a peaceful and restful time as before. Looking forward to the new amenities that are upcoming, especially the pool. Will come back. Staff are always helpful and friendly.

We appreciated the quick response to messages. We arrived way too early at 6AM to catch the sunrise. We never thought of checking in early, just bum around the beach and capture sunrise photos. They prepared the Kubo for us and gave us the key before 8 o'clock in the morning although check-in time is 2PM! Amenities and facilities described in AIRBNB ad was accurate.

Denver is accomodating and responsive on my questions

The host is very accommodating, friendly and she ensure that everything is well communicated. She provided all the necessary things that we need inside the premises.

The owner was really accomodating and flexible on the check in/out time. When I said I had to work during my stay, he offered a computer in which he provided when we got there. You'll really feel at home with how everything is set up. Overall a very pleasant experience

148 Guesthouse is a 3 star place with 5 star service! Cloe was a great andresponsive. The staff were friendly, (hands off to ma'am Lala 😊), will accommodate you as best as they can, and very helpful! Regarding the place, its very clean, the amenities are as described, and probably the only local place that is pet friendly! (Hello Allie! Heard that Cloe rescues animals, so that's kinda wonderful). They have a beautiful garden, didn't try the pool at the back but it gave off a very enticing and relaxing atmosphere, offering shade to rest from the heat. Overall, everything was great! If you do plan to visit the Hundred Islands, 148 Gueasthouse should be at the top if you're looking for a place to stay!

The place is very clean. The owner is very generous and responsibe. The caretakers are friendly and they recommend places near the area. Fully furnished, so no need to worry about bringing so much things.

It was a great experience and Ms Aisle Grace is a great host, including the Bueno family! I highly recommend this place and looking forward to stay again in the near future ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at the property. Although we faced some issues with the WiFi at the apartment, we still enjoyed our time there. The Host was very responsive to all my concerns and is really kind and hospitable. The staff who were with us throughout the reservation are worth commending for as well.
