A house with a personal touch with decorations of the owner’s many travels. The backyard is beautiful in spring, even fragrant, when flowers are in bloom. They are integrated into the home via some nice French doors into the kitchen.

Sheila is a great host. She showed remarkable hospitality, flexibility, and understanding. Her place is a peaceful sanctuary.

We had a fantastic stay at the Andulore cottage! The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with a Safeway grocery store and a Starbucks conveniently located within a 5-minute walking distance. Robert was super responsive and took care of a minor issue with the bathroom right away. Would definitely stay here again!

Jana’s house was great for us. She was very responsive and helpful, communication was timely and kind. The house was as advertised, clean and perfect for us. Highly recommended

Johnathan place was fantastic. We booked last minute and Johnathan was able to accommodate my family of 7. The place was clean, plenty of linens, comfortable beds. The back patio was also nice. The kids enjoyed the hot tub while I was out fishing. I did bring my own boat. We did catch largemouth, striper and catfish off the back dock. About 15 mins boat idle speed to fast water for those of you who are planning to bring your own vessel. Would stay again.

Our family visits Discovery Bay almost twice a year, and this is one of the most beautiful and well-maintained homes we have stayed in, especially for young kids. Thank you Jessica for providing your house for us to enjoy a very memorable weekend!

Mark's place was perfect for us. It is so convenient to absolutely everything (wide variety of restaurants, specialty shops, Trader Joe's, Safeway) including the Rockridge BART station (2 1/2 easy blocks) which is a direct (the yellow line), if long ride, from SFO. It was spotlessly clean. Any questions we had, Mark responded immediately. The hot tub is clean and private. We used it a couple of times. The bed is very comfy as is the couch. A huge screen, which we never did use, but it's there with complete instructions sent via Airbnb. One thing to note, it is a basement apartment. It's not dark, but you will always need lights on. If that's the area of town you want to be in, this is a pretty perfect spot. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. We spent a week this time.

Our third stay here and we’ll definitely be back again! It always feels like our home away from home. Location and area is perfect, the house is always clean and ready for our stay. Leslie and Jon are very responsive and always friendly and helpful.

The spot is bigger and better appointed than the photos show. The location is great and parking was easy. Would definitely stay again.

The place is very conveniently located and the hosts were extremely helpful! They responded to every little request and even provide paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags on a continuous basis. There was literally nothing else we needed. And they even paid for the parking tickets due to a delay in getting us a parking decal from Berkeley’s fussy DMV. The location is also fabulous, walkable to everything including UPS, Fedex, a post office, great cafes and food, Target, CVS and more!!

Had a great time staying here! It's a nice apartment, fairly spacious and well decorated (and many many books). The location was awesome and the highlight. You get a great view of the bay + SF from the hills. It's also close to both nice hikes and the university.

I enjoyed my time at Audrey’s place. They are centrally located and the backyard is a beautiful place to work or unwind. Audrey, Jordie, and the pups were very friendly and hospitable. I would highly recommend their place for any guest visiting Oakland.

I will summarize Renzo's apartment as a combination of a 5-star hotel and airbnb with the price of airbnb only. Extremely great value for money spent. The pictures didn't do enough justice to what I saw. It was super convenient and well furnished beyond regular amenities you find in an airbnb. I was offered a bottle of wine and chocolates on arrival. The heaters in the room and living room were topnotch. The bed is very comfortable Renzo was very responsive with communication I commuted everyday to San Francisco and Renzo's apartment is about 5mins or less walk to the Bart Metro Station. Super convenient

This spot was the perfect location for my spouse to stay for a few days, while in-town for a wedding. The apartment was comfortable and had everything that we needed. We enjoyed the stay!

Great little apartment, which was even nicer than what I was expecting from the pictures. Full-sized fridge and stove. Very clean. It’s a part of someone’s house, so it’s not a place you would want for a party. Tub and walk-in shower, walk-in closet, a bed and a pull-out bed. We had a good experience!
