We have in-law unit on street level with one full bathroom, small bedroom with one comfy queen bed, tv, wi-fi, separate living area with kitchenette, microwave, medium size refrigerator, coffee maker, and single bed for 3rd person. This tiny house is a 525 sqft home sitting offset from our main home. It has everything from a fully stocked kitchen to a laundry room inside this cozy home. Pots/pans, dishes and even a crock pot and waffle maker stock the kitchen. You will have a private fenced in front area with a seating area and artificial grass. We have built this home to welcome you as our friends and keep you comfortable. The home is located in a dog friendly neighborhood. * we do decorate for major US holidays

Kings Mountain Studio Cabin

Enjoy a cozy STUDIO Cabin nestled in the Redwoods up on Kings Mountain. For those inclined toward an active lifestyle, we are close to Purisima Creek, Huddart Park, and the El Corte de Madera Hiking and Biking Trails. This space is perfect for two! (read more about the space)Note 20 minutes from Half Moon Bay with beautiful beaches and 30 min from Stanford in Palo Alto. We are adjacent to The Mountain House Restaurant. (note) The bed is a Murphy bed in the living area. NO PETS!

Maybeck Garden Cottage: Level In, 9 min walk to UC

Quiet, level in botanical garden setting...hummingbirds... convenient washer/dryer and dishwasher. Walk to UC, Peets, Cheese Board, Saul's, Chez Panisse and Fava. Groceries: Andronico's, Magnani Poultry, Monterey Fish and Produce…. Bay views from garden, private rd, parking on request/see House Policies. We're scrupulous on clean. You'll find fresh eggs, granola + fruit, "good" coffee/tea. Wi-fi is strong except if power is out, a consideration for some guests. Also near Tilden Golf!

Private, Detached, Urban Creekside Studio.

This unique, well equipped, 1 Bed cute little studio (that we love) is detached and fenced off from our main house. It has a separate entrance through a side gate and it's own private rear deck, with a seating and dining area... that overlooks Sausal Creek and Dimond Park. The tall willow that grows along the creek gives the deck the perfect amount of privacy and with the tranquil sound of the creek flowing (not during dry season) you would almost forget you are in an urban city.

Dogtown Oakland Suite

This space is downstairs in my centrally located private home, but has its own separate entrance and is not connected to the upstairs. Renovated with a mix of new and vintage furnishings, guests will step down into a comfortable suite with nice natural light in the front and rear of the space, TV with DirecTV, Wi-Fi, a partially stocked kitchenette, full bathroom (shower), and peaceful rear bedroom. I am eager to welcome guests from all backgrounds into my home.

Secret Garden Cottage

This magical garden retreat is a short hop to San Francisco. Three sun filled rooms in a 19th century train station are set above fruit trees and mini meadows with a Japanese style soaking tub for one or two. Step out to the beach, park, nature preserve, restaurants, shops and coffee houses. All within .02 miles. Take the bus or boat to downtown San Francisco (15-25 minutes) Charming on site hosts. Safe walkable neighborhood. Art filled and almost Ikea free.
