Great location close to everything we needed. Friendly and responsive host. The apartment was very nice and had everything we needed. Feraud was an excellent communicator and extremely helpful.

My husband and I arrived at this cozy little space after a long day in the car. It is charming, well designed, clean and comfortable; perfect for our stop-over. The neighborhood is quiet and the porch is private and peaceful. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay and Dawn was a great host! The listing described the space perfectly. The host was very responsive and the little added touches such as snacks and coffee were very much appreciated. If you're in the area, I'd highly recommend The Sweet Spot!

This is one of the best apartments we’ve stayed at. It’s comfortable and well furnished. There were snacks, coffee, and creamers in the refrigerator. The location is so convenient to UNC and downtown. We hope to stay here again.

This place was one of the nicest Airbnbs I've stayed at! Very cute decor, exceptionally clean, lots of extras, and the beds were super-comfortable. We especially enjoyed the large front porch. Beth was a also a pleasure to work with and had helpful information about the area. We didn't need to move our car the entire weekend, as the house is right in Carrboro, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. I would highly recommend this Airbnb and will book again when I'm in the area.

A cute/ clean studio space. Perfect size for my family of 3. We only stayed 1 night but I could imagine that this would be a perfect couples weekend getaway. Host was very quick to respond and was helpful.

Cheryle’s house is beautiful and in the perfect location! Walking distance to everything on UNC campus! Her place is so cozy and Cheryle is so welcoming! I spent about 8 weeks at this place and was very satisfied with its location, peaceful neighborhood, size and facilities. The unit is spacious and has everything needed for daily life. It's also very convenient to grocery stores, easy access to highways and a very enjoyable drive through the forest to Duke University. Kathryn is warm-hearted, very friendly and willing to help whenever needed. Highly recommended.
