Ludivine’s place was exactly what I needed for my stay during my graduation weekend. Her place is really cute and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms which came in handy when traveling with two other guests! The apartment was only 10 mins away from the University of Florida and was in a great location. Lots of food and shopping in a close proximity. The unit itself was very cute, clean, and even had games to play! There is a full kitchen and coffee maker, with coffee. Also a washer and dryer if you need to do laundry! Ludivine was very responsive and even let us know the apartment was ready for early check in. Would absolutely recommend if anyone needs a place to stay in Gainesville!

Fantastic place! Vintage charm! The place was much larger than we expected and we felt right at home. You really can't be closer to downtown nightlife and be in a quiet neighborhood at the same time. Safe, clean, private, and super comfortable. Would LOVE to stay here again. Don't pass this one up.

Excellent value. Close to many restaurants and stores. Beds were very comfortable. We love trains so that did not bother us at all. Air conditioner and heat worked great. Very peaceful and quiet. Eric was a wonderful host, very communicative and kind.

Very close to the track if you’re coming for BMX! We had a slight issue with some pricing but the host and Air B and B got it fixed. Clean and easy check in!

Alex was great with communicating prior to and after arrival. Driving directions and entry into the home were spot on. The home is beautifully decorated and felt very comfortable as soon as we walked in. It is very well maintained and presented very clean. Everything from the lighting, fans, A/C, Beds, pillows, cleanliness of showers were all amazing! This home is full of charm! Eclectic furnishings make this home so cool. There is an awesome little coffee and bakery shop right next-door that we visited both mornings we were there. Downtown High Springs is walking distance, one block away and is super charming if you’re into small town USA. I can’t say enough good about our stay with Alex in this comfortable home. Great location as we stayed with my family during our road trip. It was close to I-75 and had quite neighborhood and lots of amenities in the apartment for quick start of the day.

Immaculate place. The house is on a quiet street and across a community garden. Very clean and spacious inside. Everything appeared new inside. We stayed here while visiting UF. It’s a short 8 minute drive to campus.

This Airbnb was awesome, the house was very old and had a great energy to it. My minor critiques are in the layout, there’s one room that can only be accessed by going through other rooms and the bedroom/bathroom doors don’t lock, besides that everything was incredible.

Second time staying here and love it. Great location & Great price. Ryan is always responsive and the house is always very clean. Look forward to staying here again.

This was hands down the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in, and for so many reasons. From start to finish, communication was flawless. The home itself is a perfect balance of professional designer style and comfortable, practical living. It’s beautifully decorated, and the landscaping is just as stunning. What really sets this place apart, though, is how thoughtfully the hosts have considered every guest’s needs. We arrived to a personalized welcome basket with a heartfelt thank-you card, special graduation gifts for our kids, a bottle of wine, snacks, and cold water. It was a lovely, welcoming touch that made our stay even more memorable. We couldn’t have had a better experience. I truly believe this host sets the bar for what an exceptional Airbnb experience should be. If you're looking for the ultimate stay, look no further!

The place was beautiful and clean! They had extra towels and linens, and lots of utensils and cooking ware! Mustafa was friendly and responsive!

We used the condo as a base for visiting family and grandchildren nearby. Location is close to several good restaurants, a large Saturday morning farmer's market. First floor in a three story building made unloading and repacking the car easy. Colleen went the extra mile in locating an ironing board and iron to enable some quilting projects while we were staying there. When there was a minor electrical issue with one of the bedroom wall outlets a professional electrician showed up the next day and fixed the problem. We plan to return next year.

This is a nice condo in a very quiet and peaceful area. Several restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance. Other restaurants within a short drive. Grocery stores nearby as well. We attended UF graduation and although this condo was a few miles longer drive than something closer to campus, it is well worth it. Haile Village is a nice area in Gainesville. We highly recommend renting this condo.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.. Cynthia was amazing and made sure that we were well taken care of. Check in was easy and the apartment had everything we needed to make our visit comfortable and welcoming. The next time we visit the area, we’ll definitely look to see if this place is available before looking for any other place to stay.

Rental is exactly like the pictures and the host is a pleasure to deal with. She is extremely responsive and provides clear instructions for everything you need to use the property. Location is very close to downtown Gainesville and a short drive to UF. Beds are comfy and kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need. Parking can be slightly tricky with larger SUV’s, but there is definitely ample private parking available.

Great condo and location. Best stay we’ve experienced in Haile Village. Small problem with air conditioning upon check-in; contacted Jessica and fixed immediately. Thanks so much for the stay-would rent again while visiting Gainesville.

Had a wonderful stay at this lovely Condominium. The place was perfect for our needs, it was clean, in a nice quiet neighborhood and wasn’t too far from the UF campus. Brenda is an excellent host who is friendly and great at communication. Highly recommend and will definitely come back!!
