Built in 2020, a spacious studio on the entire 2nd floor with an outlook over Pandora Pond. Private access, kitchenette, large bathroom, and a small deck to relax on are just some of the features. A dairy, fish n chips, and pharmacy are directly across the road. Close to Westshore beach, Hawkes Bay Airport, and the extensive network of walking and cycling pathways. Westshore Pub is a 2 minute stroll down the road. Ahuriri and its cafes, bars, and restaurants are a 20-30 minute walk away.

Self contained guest suite in Havelock North.

One bedroom, self contained guest suite in Havelock North, 3 minute drive from the village. The guest house is underneath our home with its own entrance and patio and locked off from the main house. You will have use of your own full kitchen and bathroom. We live (and sometimes work) upstairs, so there is some foot noise but we try to keep this to a minimum when we have guests. Great morning sun and private patio. Please see photos of the stairs to access. We also have a cat that roams outside.

The room is private with a separate entrance and own bathoom. That means you can treat it as a hotel, or if you need any help in organising tours or restaurant bookings we are happy to help you. Ahuriri , with its great restaurants and small yacht harbour,is within walking distance(1.2 km ) The area is known for its culinary experiences, sporting facilities, wineries and of course the Art Deco architecture. Your hospitality experience is very important to us, so if you like cosy, a little bit quirky and waking up to birdsong, we would love to host you at our 102 year old home at 10 Burns.

Contemporary style ground floor apartment in our house consisting of 2 bedrooms (queen bed each) a day room with kitchenette (no stove) and TV (Netflix). Entry through the front door of our house with a door to your accommodation in the entrance hall. Bedrooms with black out curtains. Separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine and dryer available. Off street parking for 1 car, WIFI, short walk to Ahuriri's little beach, restaurants & cafe's .

Our sleep out has been refurbished to a high standard with quality linens and locally made products. It is located in the back garden of our art deco home, with use of the hot tub and swimming pool (not heated). Close by are the delights of Napier including wineries, cafes, restaurants and art deco architecture. Push bikes are available for your use with Napier town centre 1.6km . There are no cooking facilities but a basic breakfast is provided.
