A stunning colonial mansion just 100 metres from Ahangama's Secret Beach and super close to many other stunning sandy bays. How about floating in the oversized pool, maybe enjoy a cold drink and laze in the pagoda under a soft breezy fan. With lots of different and beautiful spaces to enjoy, you’ll fall in love with this grand old mansion by the sea. Our wonderful team of 4 will ensure you are well taken care of. We are not a self catering property. A daily cooked breakfast is included

New 2BD house in Coconut Plantation with 17m Pool

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.

STAY at Ahangama

STAY at Ahangama is a 1950s built villa renovated to its current standard in 2016. The villa is very spacious and lets in plenty of light, especially in the main livingroom area. The villa features a middle courtyard with a fish pond and a pool with a deck to cool off the usually hot temperature in Galle. You can reach Ahangama beach within five minutes (walking), and Mirissa beach or Unawatuna beach in 20 minutes by vehicle. The Galle Fort is within a 25 minute drive from our property.

Welcome to beach villa on Weligama Bay in Sri Lanka! Down a narrow, leafy lane off the main Galle-Colombo road, our new, modern villa overlooks the sand and surf to a limitless horizon. The villa has a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and an adjacent lounge space. The two en suite, a/c bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, will accommodate four guests. Free WiFi of course. Weligama is only a five minute drive away and Mirissa Beach is less than fifteen minutes.

Welcome to the Pavilion Pool House, our piece of paradise on the edge of the jungle near Ahangama. This is the perfect place for couples or solo travellers to relax and unwind, surrounded by nature, whilst being conveniently located close to the beaches, surf and buzzing atmosphere of Ahangama. The house comes with its own private pool, an essential in the Tropics! If Pavilion Pool House is unavailable, check out our neighbouring property, Pavilion Garden House.

Licuala: Tropical House (300m to beach)

Licuala's Tropical House was built guided by the philosophy of simplicity and minimalism, inspired to maximise the use of space. This house sleeps 3 as the large daybed downstairs doubles up as a single bed. This is one of five hideaway homes on the estate. Each house is hidden by its own flora and fauna. Our homes were designed to give a sense of privacy and space, bringing you close to nature to rest and be inspired by. Kabalana beach is a 5min walk away.

Sabana Jungle Apartment (StarLink)

Sabana Apartments is nestled in the heart of Ahangama, tucked away between the town centre and the shores of the Indian Ocean. These aesthetic apartments are a short walk away from Ahangama's best cafes, restaurants and beaches. Enjoy and relax in this newly renovated one bedroom apartment for your upcoming Sri Lanka getaway, perfect for couples, solo travellers and surfers alike. All apartments are installed with StarLink high-speed internet.
