Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der White House Lodge sehr genossen. Wir haben uns schnell wie zuhause gefühlt in der grosszügigen Wohnung. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Die schöne grosse Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Janaka und seine Familie haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und wir haben interessante Gespräche geführt. Unsere beiden gleich alten Söhne haben sich angefreundet, vielleicht eine Freundschaft fürs Leben? Das Internet funktioniert sehr gut, perfekt um zwischendurch zu arbeiten. Janaka hat unsere Ferien mit Tipps für Ausflüge bereichert. Sewwandi hat sehr lecker für uns gekocht, vielen Dank dafür! Preis-Leistung ist top! Wir kommen wieder.

We had a lovely time at the property, would definitely visit and stay again. Very friendly staff and plenty of freedom and privacy. Couple of things to note, there is only one fridge for the 5 rooms we stayed at, and only one bath tub in the 5 rooms. Food was good, there are some nice shacks near by. location is excellent.

Was a nice stay at the Villa. And peshita was always there to help and for questions.

Мы провели в этом доме целый месяц и остались в восторге! Просторный, уютный, с прекрасной чилл-зоной у реки, где можно расслабиться и насладиться природой. Особенно понравилась крыша – идеальное место для занятий йогой. Кухня полностью оборудована, так что готовить было удобно. Кровати в спальнях комфортные, спалось отлично. До пляжа всего 5-7 минут пешком, а до серф-спота в Велигаме – около 25 минут. В целом, это был замечательный опыт, и мы благодарны хозяевам за гостеприимство!

Ich war alleine unterwegs und habe ein paar Tage in dieser Unterkunft in Mirissa verbracht. Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Besonders die Lage ist hervorragend – ruhig, aber dennoch nah am Strand und ideal, um zu entspannen. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war in Ordnung. Die Unterkunft selbst hat Charme und bietet eine solide Basis, besonders für Alleinreisende. Allerdings ist die Inneneinrichtung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Vor allem das Badezimmer hätte eine Auffrischung nötig: Die Dusche war etwas heruntergekommen, der Duschkopf wirkte nicht mehr richtig sauber, und der Toilettendeckel war leider kaputt. Auch die Wände wirkten stellenweise beschmiert, und der Wasserhahn am Waschbecken sah ziemlich ranzig aus. Es wäre schön, wenn in Zukunft einige dieser Dinge erneuert oder saniert würden – das würde den Aufenthalt deutlich aufwerten. Trotz dieser kleineren Mängel habe ich mich wohlgefühlt und würde bei einer entsprechenden Renovierung gerne wiederkommen.

Wirklich tolle Unterkunft! Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Sehr sauber!

Celine’s house was great for us. 6 persons (4 adults and 2 children 3 and 4 years old). + house exactly the same as on photos. + location is great. + almost private claim beach was good. + Christian and Indra are really great hosts. Please, read feedback from Helen (November 2016) "Myself, husband, two children ......." - it's still actual.

Wir haben 3 Nächte bei Tommy und seiner Freundin verbracht. Für uns der schönste Aufenthalt unserer Sri Lanka Reise! Tommy und seine Freundin sind tolle Gastgeber, super nett, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Kommunikation war super! Jederzeit erreichbar. Das Haus ist mit so viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Der Garten ist ein Traum. Das Meer direkt vor der Haustür. Auch die Lage ist unschlagbar. Wir waren auch im Milky Waves essen (Restaurant der beiden, um die Ecke) - probiert bitte das Eis! Der Wahnsinn. Der Aufenthalt war eine 12/10, wir können die Unterkunft wirklich von Herzen weiter empfehlen! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Catherine's place is fantastic, beyond what we expected from the photos. It was large, well furnished and had plenty of nooks for the ten of us on a family holiday to find some chill time. The bedrooms were large, air conditioned (and fans), each with their own bathroom, and very comfortable. The garden was beautiful and spacious and with outdoor pavillion and wide verandahs was perfect to watch the kids in the pool. Nimal, the chef at the house, was fabulous and could cook almost anything we wanted from full Sri Lankan banquets to burgers and pizza. He was great to work with as was house manager Sathish. We had a wonderful 10 days here and would love to do it again.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est fidèle à l’annonce, et le personnel nous a parfaitement accompagné de l’accueil jusqu’au départ. Pour profiter des différents points d’intérêts, je recommanderais la location de scooter car la maison est un peu en retrait des plages, par exemple.

The staff of the hotel are excellent and we enjoyed the breakfasts they cooked. The pool area is beautiful. We liked the villa itself too. It would be nice if they put a washing machine in the unit. There can be some road noise at night, but not too much to sleep. Overall, we are glad we picked this place.

Trop cher pour ce que c’est par rapport à ce qui se fait au Sri Lanka, mais en dehors du prix c’est un logement agréable proche de la plage, avec une belle piscine.

Magnificent spacious and beautifully designed heritage home. Responsive and delightful staff. Immaculately clean and spacious. Large grounds. Quiet with sensational private pool. Sarath organized a chef and meals for us and was able up take us out on his tuk tuk. Very nice beach is a 4 minute walk away , safe swimming with a nice surf break a further few minutes walk. Look forward to coming again.

Wir haben etwa eine Woche im Apartment von Don verbracht und es sehr genossen! Don ist gut erreichbar und kümmert sich und empfing uns mit Häppchen im nahegelegenen Cafè. Die Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern und der Pool ist super für ruhige Nachmittage. Wir waren mit der Sauberkeit sehr zufrieden und nach etwa der Hälfte der Zeit wurde zusätzlich nochmal geputzt und es gab frische Textilien. Wenige Gehminuten entfernt gibt es Zugang zu einem kleinen ruhigen Strandabschnitt. Um nach Weligama zum beliebten Surfspot zu kommen sollte man sich Scooter mieten oder Tuk-Tuks nutzen da es etwa 15 Minuten Fahrtzeit sind. Der Garten und der Pool sind leider nicht privat, das sollte man wissen. Nachbarn bzw. Staff können durch den Garten laufen, sind aber sehr diskret. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

We had the most amazing stay at this villa! It was perfect for our group of 7 girls — super spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The host and house manager were so friendly, helpful, and incredibly responsive, which made everything easy and stress-free. The location was good, it was in a quiet neighbourhood, we could get tuktuks to come to the villa really easily and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Host was really sweet, the room was very clean and had a kitchenette with all essentials, there was a brilliant view from the room. She welcomed us with a local tropical juice, and also helped us source a scooter swiftly. I got a great night’s sleep after a long time here, it was really cozy and comfortable. Would definitely visit again.

Wowowow! What an absolute gem!!! We loved staying here, it’s so nature-oriented & the location is perfect if you’re looking for somewhere to chill that’s within walking distance of everything ☺️ Lara is also the most generous and welcoming host, I cannot recommend this place enough ❤️

Thank you so much for your hospitality! The place was really cozy and nice, we loved the balcony surrounded by blooming trees. The hosts were incredible - friendly, responsive. For example, we wanted ab extra key and a fan for the balcony - all of our requests were completely satisfied. It was always clean and neat - cleaning every week with a change of bed linen. The place is close to the main beaches, bus stop and everything you light need. Yard is blooming and big enough for parking 4-5 bikes

If you’re looking for a private beach with the ocean, this is the place for you! Far from popular tourist spots, you’ll find peace and tranquility here. There are several oceanfront restaurants nearby. The staff is attentive, and excellent breakfasts were included!

Cosy wee place in a quiet street with comfy beds and everything you need. Hosts are so lovely and friendly we had such a nice time! Thanks so much for having us.

I can't really review LSC Villa, because we didn't stay there, we stayed in another villa nearby. The villa we did stay in was very nice, though, spacious and comfortable with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large lounge/seating area, well equipped kitchen and a nice garden. The hosts, especially Nuwan, were very friendly and helpful and resolved any issues quickly. I highly recommend this place and I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing house with even prettier garden! You have a place for yourself, away from the street but close enough to the supermarket (2 mins) and the beach (1,2 km). The place is calm, private, you can really enjoy your stay in peace and calm. For this amazing price I don't think we could find a better place to stay!

This home, host and his family was our best thing in Weligama! Close to very calm and pretty beach, close to markets, centre, but more calm, no noises in the night, no smokes near..We stayed there for almost month and we were sad to leave. The host is super friendly, super helpful with every little thing. The best experience, better than we expected. We already miss this place and we know that we will come back next year! Would reccomend 100% to everyone!! ❤️ With all the love!
