The house, with a terrace, is independent and spread over three floors, offering a beautiful view of the village and the surrounding hills. It is located in a typical Ligurian alley, central yet quiet, despite being right in the heart of town, just a few meters from the main street and close to the sea. The property is easily reachable from the train station (8-minute walk), the ferry dock, and public parking. Traditional restaurants and bars are located nearby. The village is pedestrian-only.

If you are looking for nature, quiet and a fantastic view of the Apuan Alps right from your balcony, then this is the place for you. "IL MARE IN CASA" apartment is located in Riomaggiore's marina, its a former fisher's household with a wonderful terrace just above the sea, the view is incredible. Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but also to the train station and next to the ferry station. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, ceiling fan, microwave, hairdryer, NESPRESSO coffee machine, and much more. All the products are tested and the environment is regularly sanitized.

Il Fienile offers free fast Wi-Fi access and free parking. The property is a double en-suite bedroom with an additional bedroom (suitable for families only).
