Flott og ren leilighet. Anbefales. Vi trivdes veldig godt og følte oss som hjemme. Verten hadde satt frem vann og div annet som gjorde at vi følte oss velkomne. Sengene var gode. Vi var også veldig glade for balkongen. Verten svarte raskt på våre spørsmål.

amazing host, amazing place, amazing flat! i just have won lottery with this host and apartment 🥰 the only thing, mention, that every evening from 20:00 until 02:00 there is a loud music outside, but you can always go out and join the party... just in a few minutes to the border to "north nicosia" occupied by Turkey. All main spots are just in a few min away. Very close to bus station! Host leave for us snacks, water, soda and it was just very sweet from his side! Also you will find everything, what you need during your stay in apartments. Just next to the apartment, there is supermarket. thx a lot Lellos! i will come there for sure again

A minimal but well equiped apartment. Michail was responsive and helpful. Quite neighborhood with a 24/7 bakery closeby as well as a supermarket, mini market and post.

In Andy's place you will find the calm and peace that is not often found in Nicosia. The house is located in a quiet street away from the crowds and traffic, you will not hear any noise day / night. Furthermore, its position makes it cool even during the hottest days. A 15 minute walk and you will be in the historic center. Andy has always been welcoming and available to our every request.

Izabella is a great host and the place is value for money. Everything was really clean

Great apartment - perfectly clean, beautiful, sunset views, has everything necessary in the kitchen, nice complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. Location was perfect for us (close to the border, our phones were able to catch reception from Southern side). Supermarket and many food places in few minutes from the apartment. Ipek was very friendly and communicative host, was replying any time of the day and making sure we are taken care of. Amazing experience, definitely 5 out 5 stars, thank you for hosting us!

I really enjoyed my stay at Ioannis' place. It was very clean and everything was as shown in the pictures. Ioannis was very helpful addressing all requests promptly.

L’alloggio di Rena ha una posizione invidiabile, in pieno centro, e permette di visitare tutti i luoghi di interesse a piedi. L’appartamento all’interno è perfetto per due persone e c’è tutto quello di cui ha necessità. La strada su cui si affaccia l’alloggio è un po’ trafficata. Prenoterò sicuramente se dovessi tornare a Nicosia

The place was great ,we felt it like home. Everything was clean,the flat is very well equipped with all the things you need in a house;central location but peaceful neighborhood;the only inconvenience was the mattress 😬,we didn't rest so well,but in rest all was perfect 👌. highly recommend

nous avons passé un très bon sejour chez Nephistos. Le centre de Nicosie est facilement accessible à pied et les bus au centre permettent de vous rendre sur les plages... Logement très propre, lit confortable et hôte agréable/reactif. je recommande

Εξαιρετικό στούντιο. Πεντακάθαρα όλα, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, ησυχα κοντά σε συγκοινωνίες. Υπέροχος άνθρωπος η οικοδεσπότης που ότι "απορία" είχα αμέσως κοίταξε να με εξυπηρετήσει. Το στούντιο είναι μοντέρνο, με καινούργιες ηλεκτρικές συσκευές, κουζίνα, τραπεζάκια, τραπέζι, καναπέ(που γίνεται και κρεβάτι) ένα υπέροχο διπλό κρεβάτι. Θα ξαναπαω σίγουρα!!! Το προτείνω χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη. Πιο ωραίο από τις φωτογραφίες και άνετα θεωρώ μπορεί να μείνει μια οικογένεια με παιδιά γιατί είναι τεράστιο μέσα, έχεις τον χώρο σου και ας είναι στούντιο. Συγχαρητήρια έμεινα πλήρως ευχαριστημένη!!!

Είμασταν οικογένεια 6 ατόμων που μείναμε σε αυτό το σπίτι ,μείναμε ευχαριστημένοι , Ήσυχη περιοχή ,οικοδέσποινα πολλή φιλική και γενικά όπως όλλοι οι Κύπριοι είναι φιλότιμοι !!

We had a very pleasant stay at Anastasio's 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was very comfortable for us and it was located in a very good area in Strovolos. Close to many places that we were planning to go to. Close to shops and to the freeway which was important for us as we were using the freeway quite a lot. Anastasio's was very friendly and attended to all our requests promptly. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a similar place.

The host was very polite, the apartment as described and the neighborhood very peaceful.

Wunderschöne, sehr gepflegte und saubere Anlage, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Das Apartment war top gelegen mit einem traumhaften Ausblick auf Berge und Meer – wie im Bilderbuch! Alles war super sauber, hochwertig ausgestattet, und wir hatten sofort das Gefühl, in eine neue Wohnung einzuziehen. Die Atmosphäre war sehr angenehm, alle Gäste freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool war sauber und einladend, dazu gab es ein kleines Fitnesscenter, eine Sauna sowie einen Kinderspielplatz. Das Restaurant vor Ort war ausgezeichnet und in der Umgebung gibt es tolle Wanderwege und weitere gute Lokale. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt – ein Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Ben ve kızım çok huzurlu ve müthiş manzaralı bir konaklama geçirdik. Tam sevdiğimiz türden bir tatildi. Manzarası yüzünden evden pek çıkmadık. çoğunlukla zamanımızı balkonda geçirdik. iki ayrı tuvaleti olması çok iyi. Çevredeki yakın restorantlar da yeterli ve fiyatları çok uygundu. Bir tek yemek yemeğe ve markete gitmek için evden çıktık. Onun dışında çok sessiz ve huzurlu bir tatilimiz oldu. Tekrar gelmek lazım. Andreas'a teşekkür ederim herşey için.
