Our luxurious wooden cabin in Snowdonia, offers outstanding panoramic views over the sea & mountains in a very private, tranquil location. You can choose to enjoy the view from the patio outside the cabin, toasting marshmellows or from your own private Hot Tub. We are 5 minutes from glorious long sandy beaches, or mountain & woodland walks . We are between Barmouth & Harlech which has many shops, restaurants & cafes & Harlech castle. We are 1 hour from Snowdon & 30 minutes from Portmerion.

Shepherds Hut View

Our handcrafted shepherds hut is set in its own idyllic secluded spot along the Mawddach estuary opposite the Cader Idris mountain range offering total peace and tranquillity. It has an open plan living space with a lovely cosy double bed a well equipped kitchen, table and chairs plus an en suite shower room. Outside there is a sitting area with a fire-pit/BBQ and steps which lead down to your own path onto the estuary foreshore from where you are welcome to explore our many acres of land.

Cosy apartment in Dolgellau

Sŵn-y-Dŵr is located in the Snowdonia National Park and occupies a tranquil position in the historic market town of Dolgellau, renowned for its breathtaking views and scenic walks in the foothills of Cader Idris. The former coach house stands in private mature grounds, and is approached via a gated entrance and a sweeping gravel drive ascending to the property. It is a self contained first floor apartment, accessed via external steps to the rear of the building, that dates back to 1780.

Gwenlli Shepherds Hut

Here is our newly completed shepherds Hut -Gwenlli a welsh name that depicts the view of Bardsey Island on the horizon. Situated in a peaceful corner of our field, nestled in the hills above the small village of Talybont in Snowdonia. Overlooking cardigan bay and boasting panaramic views from the Snowdon mountain range in the north to witnessing a memorable sunset over the Lleyn peninsula with a drink in your hand whilst relaxing in the easy to use electric jacuzzi hot tub.

The apartment is on the second floor and there are five stairs (with hand-rail) down to the main ensuite bedroom.
