The space is part of a quiet seafront property located in the fishermen village of Perdika, 15 min by car from the main port. 5 min. walk to 2 supermarket, 2 bakeries, tavernas, bars & cafes nearby the picturesque port and the beach. A boat takes you in 10 min to Moni, an inhabited island just opposite to Perdika.1 separate bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed (converting into a bed), A/C, wifi. Private balcony over the sea. Free street parking.

Studio by the sea

A cosy studio 30 sq. m, 20 m from the seaside, 2 km from Aegina city (port) 30-min walk. It has a large room with a double bed, a kitchen with a fridge and a small stovetop (no oven no cooking), and a modern bathroom. Air-condition, geothermal cooling. The studio, which consists of the elevated basement of a detached house, has an independent entrance, 8 steps below the ground, in the back yard that has view to the mainland of Aigina. The pool in the front yard is not available for the guests.

Studio Rhodi is surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden and completely renovated by Zoumboulakisarchitects, it is decorated with works of the painter and various design objects by the Zoumboulakis Galleries of Athens. It has its private entrance and can accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults & 2 children). It has a double bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, a small kitchen, a bathroom, a terrace and a large private roof terrace with sea view. It can be connected with the studio Elia.

In the garden of the 1890 historical chateau Ralli, our large, 70 sq. m., Family Apartment can comfortably accommodate 4-5 people in 2 separate bedrooms (queen-size bed and 2 single beds repectively), a spacious living room with a sofa-bed, large, flat smart TV, A/C throughout, a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. It is spacious, bright and cool. A second dining area is available in the garden. Relax in the hammock under the olive tree! Ideal for a family or two couples.
