Quiet, rustic and serene, the cottage is located on Sea Shell Avenue, a road leading to the beach off the East Coast Road at Akkarai. Our surroundings are very peaceful and green. The beaches unspoilt and perfect for taking long walks and dipping your feet (not recommended for swimming, though). Built in a corner of our property, the cottage is the perfect place to unwind. There is space for parking a single guest vehicle.. We also have in house security.

Ravenala Flat

Furnished unit on the 3rd floor of an old residential building (bedroom, private bathroom, balcony, dining area). It has a shared entrance with a small private office (see layout photo). Dining amenities include cutlery, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a kettle. 30 minutes to the airport and railway station. 8min walk from Nandanam Metro Station. Bed and bath linen will be changed every three days. A floor mattress can be added for 3 or more guests.
