Questo antico molino ad acqua è una costruzione in pietra di tufo risalente al XVII secolo. Costruito sulla riva di un canale che dai Monti Lepini conduce al mare, per diversi secoli è stato utilizzato per la macinazione delle granaglie. Con il progredire della tecnologia l'edificio è andato gradualmente in disuso fino alla metà degli anni '80 del secolo scorso. Dal 2014 grazie a un'intensa opera di restauro il vecchio edificio è tornato agli antichi splendori diventando un Relais di lusso.
