Great location. Minutes to Mt Snow. Convenient parking. Spotless, well-equipped, comfortable unit. Walkable to some restaurants. My second stay here & about to book another.

We came to town for a wedding and stayed Friday - Sunday. The price we paid for this amazing airbnb was the price of a stay at the Marriott a block away. Will greeted us at the front door. Walked us through the main lobby, gave us food and activity recommendations in the area and walked us to the room. This took in total maybe 10 mins. Everything was as advertised and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower pressure and temperature was rejuvenating and this was a perfect place for my girlfriend and I for the weekend. We parked in the garage across the street Friday afternoon for convenience and moved to the street directly in front of the entrance for the weekend. No issues with street noise or neighbors. Anytime we come back to cuse we will try to stay here. Almost forgot to mention the welcome basket of snacks and drinks & keg on tap!

Perfect little space! I only had a one-night stay, so I didn’t get a chance to take advantage of everything Jared’s place has to offer. But everything was truly fantastic and this will be my go-to when I’m visiting Union College!

This was a really great place to stay for a few days in Chatham. Lovely space located next to great restaurants and a brewery. We will absolutely be back in the future for family visits!

We were disappointed that the outdoor staircase, which is the entrance and exit to the property, had not been cleared of ice and snow before we arrived and were only completely cleared after we asked the following day. It should also be noted that the apartment has two different levels inside (not mentioned in the description) so the occupants need to be able to constantly negotiate steps.

I had surgery nearby and stayed here the night before and two nights after. It was clean and quiet and a perfect spot for me and my mom to have enough space and be on different sleep schedules. Frank went above and beyond as a host, even stopping by to see how everything went. He was quick to respond to all messages before and during the stay. For example, I asked in advance if there was an electric kettle there (since it wasn’t in the listing) and he made sure to have one available. He even offered to help with our bags on checkin and checkout day even though it was raining both days. About the space: The chef’s kitchen was amazing and would have been very fun to cook in if I weren’t recovering! My eyes were a little sensitive post-surgery so it was really nice that the lights in the main living space are dimmable. There are a lot of restaurant options nearby and I was able to get food delivered easily. I’d definitely book again if I return to Oneonta.

I love this place - it is my #1 most favorite AirBnB of all time! It was comfortable and so welcoming! It was convenient for everything we were doing - but I would drive a bit farther if necessary to stay here. It is right across the street from a Stewart’s Shops - a convenience type store with so much more! Their hand dipped ice cream is great and they have their own coffee, frozen entrees, custom sandwiches - pretty much everything! This host also has a well stocked place so it was easy to prepare our own meals when we felt like it. There is a 4 burner stove with an oven, a microwave, and a toaster oven, too! This host was extremely responsive any time we reached out to her. It was easy to keep the place at a comfortable temperature, since some nights were colder, and there were plenty of extra blankets and towels, too! I truly don’t think I would have enjoyed this trip as much if I had stayed somewhere else! I am looking forward to coming back! Thank you! 😊
