The 900 sq ft Loft is private and welcoming, with many thoughtful details for your comfort and total relaxation. Cuddle up with comfy chairs, cozy throws and an abundance of books and magazines. It is so quiet, and the beds so comfortable, that a restful night's sleep is almost a guarantee. Kayaking, canoeing, and fishing opportunities abound with water access close-by. Very kid-friendly.

Bolton Landing/Lake George - Beautiful open loft apartment above a garage. Very serene and quiet. Has a seasonal view of Lake George. Fully furnished with a queen bed and a queen sleeper couch. Full kitchen with an island. Living room area has a wood burning stove. Also has a large bath with a walk in shower. TV, and internet. Small deck with barbeque grill. 2 miles to the town of Bolton Landing and public beaches. 15 minutes to Lake George Village and all other activities in the area.

The Lake House Loft is located in Upstate New York on Black Lake, known as “Freshwater Fisherman’s Paradise”. It is the largest St. Lawrence County Lake and is over 20 miles long. Its located near the Canadian Border, close to Ogdensburg and the Thousand Islands. This is a smoke-free, two-bedroom loft, with a full kitchen, and a bathroom. There is a 100-foot waterfront boat dock available, Wi-Fi, A/C, Heat, and is fully furnished. Paddle Boat and canoe also available to use.

Newly renovated, totally unique 1000 sq ft urban loft space set in the country/mountains located on the banks of beautiful Sacandaga River in a nationally recognized 9 acre sculpture garden and artist studios. Large storefront converted to colorful open plan apartment in the heart of downtown Troy. Blocks away from RPI, and steps away from most of Troy's nightlife. Warning: this urban bohemian experience may bring back memories of Williamsburg Brooklyn or Downtown LA in the 90's. Note that sounds from outside and adjacent apartments may bother light sleepers, so don't book this one if that is a concern for you. Also parties are not allowed because of close neighbors! Thanks!
