Seasonal from April 1 to October 30, depending on weather. Has 3 slide outs. Fire pit available. No smoking INSIDE camper. Close to Interstate 81, Syracuse, Binghamton, Ithaca, and points North and South. Local restaurants, summer theater, shopping, SUNY Cortland, Cornell University, Ithaca College, TC3, etc.

The house is NOT on the lake itself, but it is surrounded by trees in a lovely secluded spot.
