Gran's Place

This newly renovated 4th generation family farmhouse sitting on 13 acres is centrally located in Russell Springs, just minutes from Lake Cumberland. We are just off the Cumberland Parkway (a short and easy drive to both Columbia and Somerset), close to Russell County Hospital, and within a mile to most fast-food chains, restaurants, gas, and grocery. Our goal is to make your stay as enjoyable as possible while visiting the Lake Cumberland area. We do ask that there be no smoking in the home.

New home! Located only 1/4 mile from Green River Marina and a short 10 minute drive from Campbellsville University. You can enjoy a front porch chairs with a large covered side porch for relaxing- inc. fire pit! Home provides a queen bed in the master with private bathroom as well as a double bed in the secondary bedroom. The third bed room has a bunk bed. All bed rooms and living room have tvs. Home on a quiet farm setting. All within walking distance of Lake, walking trails, and marina.

For the boaters and fishermen, we are just minutes away from Arnold’s landing boat ramp and also Holmes Bend marina on beautiful Green River lake. For the hunting enthusiast, there are 20,000 plus acres of public land available for spring and fall hunting, with an abundance of turkey and deer. Close to Campbellsville University and Lindsey Wilson in Columbia. Lake Cumberland is also a short drive away.

Large deck for enjoying the countryside views and show stopping sunsets. Pets welcome with fee. Close to town and amenities. I mile from river access.

Guests love the walking trail that circles the lake, the lower-level firepit right by the water, and the chance to enjoy catch-and-release fishing. Wildlife is abundant here, adding to the sense of escape at this hidden getaway in south-central Kentucky.

Grace Land is a newly renovated apartment. Located just outside the city limits of Campbellsville. We offer a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig for fresh morning coffee and a variety of coffee flavors provided. King size bed in bedroom and a Lazy Boy sofa bed in the living room. Tv with Cable, Netflix, and Wifi. Covered patio area. 3 miles from Green River Lake and Campbellsville University. 5 miles from Taylor Regional Hospital. Perfect for travel nurses. Keypad entry.

Our studio apartment is a recently remodeled extension of our home. Rest easy and assured, knowing that we are right next door to help you in any way! We are located within 2 miles of Lindsey Wilson University, between Green River Lake and Lake Cumberland and within one mile of the Cumberland Pkwy. It’s the perfect place for a family getaway or for any one who needs to unwind and relax , with breath taking views. Featuring two master bed and baths, kitchen, dining, and living and a full basement with another bedroom, bathroom, a desk to work from and a TV area with a fold down couch for another bed.
