Nice host, very friendly and helpful. House and facilities in mint condition, everything as promised, clean and in place. What a relaxing place! Superb!

I have spent 7 nights in this Villa Dobre Vode together with my wife. Our room was super clean and cozy. We have found everything needed to prepare meals on our own. Big thanks to Djina (our host) for the hospitality! She is veryyy kind and helpful. We felt there like at home. The swimming pool was clean, and it was really nice to spend the time on sunbathing there. Nice surprise was, that we received a bottle of wine from Djina when we were leaving. Definitelly recommended place!

We had a fantastic week in Jennifer's amazing villa. The location, the views, the space were all incredible. The private beach area was great and the pool was perfect. Jennifer and team were very responsive to any queries we had and I would highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful escape with stunning scenery and sunsets!

Wir sind als Gruppe von insgesamt 7 Freunden nach Velipoja gereist. Der Verkehr in der Hauptsaison vom Flughafen in Tirana nach Velipoja is etwas herausfordernd, aber unter Berücksichtigung der gesamten Verkehrssituation in Albanien in Ordnung. Das Haus war optimal. Uns hat vor allem gefallen, dass es 3 Klimaanlagen gab und auch die Außenküche und deren Ausstattung war perfekt. Bei uns war aber leider die Kaffeemaschine defekt. Ansonsten hat uns Serkiz sehr geholfen, vor allem bei einem Problem mit der Airline, die den Koffer eines Freundes fälschlicherweise nach Polen geflogen hat. Auch die Empfehlungen unseres Gastgebers waren hilfreich bei der Gestaltung unseres Urlaubs. Sei es Restaurants oder Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Uns hat die Lage sehr gefallen, da das Haus abseits der zentralen Touristenregion von Velipoja liegt, alle Restaurants, Bars und der Strand aber dennoch binnen 10min zu Fuß erreicht werden konnten.

The housing was super nice and we felt immediately at home. It’s super spacious and has everything you need. Allda answers almost immediately and is very helpful and kind. It was a really nice stay in would recommend. Would come again.

Bodin est très réactif et disponible. C’est vraiment appréciable !!! La proximité de la mer et l’équipement des espaces extérieurs sont de vrais atouts pour cette location.

Super expérience, le cadre de cette maison est magnifique et le calme est au rendez-vous ! Les propriétaires étaient disponibles et attentionné tout au long de nos vacances ! Un grand bravo pour à eux pour avoir construit ce joli nid de tranquillité au milieu de la nature et des animaux !

The host was incredibly professional, kind, and proactive — always ready to help and make sure everything went smoothly. The house itself is perfectly arranged, beautifully designed, and extremely well-equipped with everything you might need. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, which really made our stay feel special and effortless. We highly recommend this place and would definitely come back if we’re ever in the area again.

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt, w domu bardzo czysto, łatwy kontakt z właścicielami, wszystkie sprawy załatwiane od ręki, 10 minutowy spacer do plaży lub klifu, gdzie można podziwiać zachody słońca. Gospodarze przywitali nas lokalnymi owocami, przyjechali samochodem na lotnisko za dodatkową opłatą. Polecamy spróbować grillowanych ryb w wykonaniu przyjaciela Jamiego Olivera! Gorąco Polecamy!

The apartments were so good with beautiful view to the see. These were well equiped houses for two families. There is a small beach near the accomodation it is easy to get there, about 3 minutes on foot. Kristin and her husband are so kind, helpful and flexible. Throughout the whole jorney we could communicate with them excellently. Hracho became my Montenegrin friend.

We had a lovely time. The place is a little gem, with the beach just a short walk away. There are two lovely restaurants and a shop for basics next door. If you want a livelier holiday, it's just a 20-minute drive to Velipoje, a beach full of entertainment and restaurants. The accommodation is excellent, and the hosts are very friendly—it felt like home. Thank you Nard and your lovely family

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und wunderbar ausgestattet. (Grill, Weingläser etc.) Alles, was man braucht, um sich einen gemütlichen Abend zu machen. Die nächsten Häusern sind einige Meter entfernt, sodass man auch bis spät draußen sitzen und Kartenspielen oder sich unterhalten kann. ́Man hat von der Terasse aus auch Blick auf die Berge und man sieht den Sonnenaufgang. Auch gibt es nette Besucher, morgens kam der Esel des Dörfchen zu Besuch und abends haben sich die Nachbarskatzen zu uns gekuschelt. Es gibt ein sehr schönes Restaurant mit sehr gastfreundlich MitarbeiterInnen (Achtung am besten Bargeld dabei haben) in Fußnähe. Aber für andere Aktivitäten (außer Wandern natürlich) sollte man ein Auto einplanen. Anett war immer gut erreichbar und dank ihrer Tipps und Wegbeschreibung, hatten wir keine Probleme bei An-oder Abreise. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen. Liebe Grüße P&L

Lydia’s house has really authentic charm and unique architecture and style. You feel Key-West vibe here, the smell of figues and oleander and super beautiful see view. And it feels like home, because it’s private home made with love. Located on the mountain it gives the calm which is so important during the crowdy touristic season and at the same time good access to the beaches: small Rakita you may reach by foot, it’s easy on a super hot day but not a big challenge, Velika Plaza with all her kitesurfing area (which are incredibly great) is in 20 minutes by car. We have spent one month in Lydia’s house and it was really inspiring! Thank you💕💕💕

Azra is a wonderful host and we had such a wonderful stay! Perfect location, walking distance to shops, beach, water park etc and very affordable. I will 100% be returning again next year 🥰

Das Haus hat Charme und ist gut gelegen.Es ist nahe von kleinen Buchten u ruhig gelegen

Die Villa ist terrassenförmig auf 3 Ebenen aufgeteilt. Auf Ebene 1 und 2 ist der Wohn- und Schlafbereich und auf der 3. Ebene befindet sich eine schattige Terrasse. Die Ebenen sind durch Treppen miteinander verbunden ohne Geländer u. Handlauf. Für Familien mit Kleinkindern und Babys wäre das relativ gefährlich wir haben aber ältere Kinder und von daher war das ok. Den besten Ausblick auf das Meer hat man von der mittleren Ebene wo sich zwei Schlafzimmer und ein WC befinden. Nur in der unteren Ebene ist eine Küchenzeile und ein weiteres Schlafzimmer. Die Villa ist von vielen Bäumen umgeben was sehr positiv ist, wenn draußen die Sonne scheint. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage im Haus aber wir fanden es immer recht angenehm und nicht so heiss innen, weil die Wände isoliert und die Fenster verschlossen und verschattet waren. In der Küche sind sehr viele Utensilien vorhanden und es gib auch viel Strandequipmemt in der Garage. Vanja hatte bereits eingekauft und einen netten Empfang vorbereitet.

Luka and his family are the most gentle and genuine humans - they made us feel like we were their extended family as well. Their property is so tranquil and well kept. We were very happy to stay up on the hill vs on the beach - it's chiller and insect free (!) on the hot summer days and in general one can appreciate an opportunity to stay away from the beach crowd and only come down for it by choice :) P.S. Lots of people noted Faya, the dog, in their comments. She is all that, and more!

Super ausgestattetes Flusshaus mit grosser und wunderschöner Terasse. Besonders gefallen haben uns das Strandbett, die Fahrräder, das SUP und die vielen Utensilien zum Kochen (inklusive Bialetti usw zum Kaffee machen!). Klimaanlage im Wohn- und zwei der Schlafzimmer. Das Haus muss bei Ankunft erst selbst etwas eingerichtet werden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war ausserordentlich gut: Stets erreichbar, viele gute Informationen und Empfehlungen und sehr sympathisch! Danke Jü! 😊

Everything was great, the gas has everything you need. There are a couple of beaches within the walking distance with clean water. Olga was extremely helpful and responsive. We definitely recommend this place.

The property is truly terrific. The house is spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. The terrace under the kiwi tree is divine, it is pleasant and cool day and night. Although the house has no AC, this is not a problem at all. It cools down at night and is perfectly suitable to keep cool during the day. Katarina and her family are very kind, responsive and considerate. They made us feel at home from the very start.

Ogromnie polecam! Znakomity kontakt z gospodarzem. Lokalizacja bardzo blisko plaży oraz centrum miasta. Wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy było dostępne w apartamencie. Bardzo piękny ogród z mnóstwem miejsca do zabawy, grilla. Na pewno wrócimy :)

Die Wohnung ist klein und einfach, aber aussergewöhnlich gut gelegen, zuoberst auf dem historisch renovierten Altstadt-Hügel. Wir frühstückten auf der Terrasse mit einem phantastischen Blick auf die Altstadt und das Meer. Dafür ist die Küche etwas knapp eingerichtet und das Badezimmer mässig (wenig warmes Wasser, kein Duschvorhang, kein zum Rasieren geeignetes Licht). Die Familie von Genta betreute uns sehr gut und war sehr freundlich. Der Parkplatz ist ca. 200m entfernt und die Wohnung nur auf einem recht steilen und holprigem Weg erreichbar .

Нас було 5 дорослих і 3 дітей. Ми провели гарні канікули. Близькість моря до помешкання та чудові краєвиди які відкривались із терас будинку зробили наш відпочинок незабутнім. Вілла забезпечена всім необхідним, тож наше перебування було легким та комфортним. Кондиціонери всі працюють, а комфортні ліжка забезпечили гарний сон. Море-справжній шедевр. Ми вдячні господарю за неймовірний відпочинок. Це справді місце куди хочеться повернутися знов.
