Overall very good and a much better location than most others. The place is a quite small but you are absolutely paying for the location which is walkable to the CN Tower and close to at least 2 streetcar stations. Overall, had all the amenities listed and a very communicative host.

We lived here for 20 days, the landlord respond speed is very quick, nobody bother us, provide everything we need, the kitchen appliances is very complete, 👍👍👍 the house is very convenient to each region if you are also in a business trip, Newmarket, King city, Markham, Vaughan is close to Richmood hill within half an hour driving distance, Brampton, Toronto downtown, Mississauga , Milton, Hamilton within 1 hour, Niagara Falls 2 hours, The nearby ESSO within 300 meters, You can find some restaurants within 20 minutes driving distance, few restaurants within 5-10 minutes, Everything is good, hope the landlord business better and better! We had a wonderful stay at Angie's house. The place is amazing—clean, bright, and welcoming. The host is incredibly sociable, friendly, positive, helpful, and proactive. Overall, we had a fantastic time, and I just want to say thank you!

We were in town for a funeral and we appreciated Mohammed’s flexibility and kindness towards our family at a difficult time. The house was great, just what we needed for our stay.

My family was visiting from US and I had the place booked for them. We are wonderfully surprised how amazing and clean the place was. It was certainly beyond our expectations. Kevin is an amazing host and is available promptly if anything is needed. Such a wonderful experience that I will definitely be considering this location again in near future.

Ravya’s place is just wonderful—spotless, spacious, quiet, and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were super easy. The kitchen had everything you need and was clean and organized. The neighborhood is central and fun, with lots of great food options, and just a few minutes from the subway station. Our family had a great stay—we highly recommend!

We had several people for a work conference, and everyone loved the home/property! The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. The variety of lawn games were lots of fun, and the backyard is very private and enjoyable. We would stay again!
