I’ve to say that I got a little fear while booking Alexander’s place cuz I was looking for something good shortly. I didn’t get enough time because I was almost boarding while discussing with Alexander and my arrival time didn’t match with the check in but buddies guess what….? This is where all the magic trick has come. Alexander was so quickly responding before the time shown by the app. He insured me and gave me all the instructions. The place perfectly match the pics shown. The amenities and the cleanliness are perfect ! The place is walkable and you have supermarket, hair saloon, the metro,la Marina, goodies and so all around. You a nearly of anything from JBR 1&2. I just recommend Alex’s place and I’m sure I’ll book for another stay. Thanks Alex 🙏

The apartment was clean and spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind after a long day exploring Dubai. The interior was thoughtfully designed, equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay, including a fully stocked kitchen, reliable Wi-Fi, and ample storage space. The hosts had truly gone the extra mile to ensure comfort. The linens were crisp and fresh, and both bath and beach towels were provided, which was a thoughtful touch, especially given the proximity to the beach. Easy communication channel established with very quick response. Great experience from start to finish.

Had an amazing stay at Hassan's place! The apartment felt like home and Hassan is a super host. The location is perfect too - a short walk to the beach, Marina Walk, and metro. Would definetly stay here again!

The place was exactly as per the photos; lovely and clean. Teuta was an amazing host, always so helpful with anything I asked; nothing was too much. When I asked for something to be looked at in the bathroom she did not even question me and arranged for maintenance to come out straight away. I will definitely be coming back to stay here. We had such a great time here. As soon as we walked in, we were all so impressed. The interior design is beautiful, modern, elegant, and really well put together. The house had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to clean and stylish bathrooms, and super cozy beds with really nice bedding. It felt like a home, but with a luxury twist. The private swimming pool was definitely one of the highlights, perfect for relaxing during the day or having fun with friends and family. We also loved the outdoor barbecue area, which made for some really great chill nights and meals together. The location was also a big plus. It’s really close to Dubai Hills Mall, just a few minutes’ drive to both Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates, and there’s a huge park nearby that’s perfect for walks or just hanging out. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. This place is so perfect for relaxing group trip—we didn’t want to leave and would definitely come back! Highly recommended 5/5!

As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. The host is really supportive and the place is more than she describes, totally satisfied.

Very good experience, looks exactly as described. there are five rooms and 1 maid room. living room and is very big to family party. the villa is besides a golf yard, very good view. the host is very friendly, when we arrive it's very late and she waits us for check in. It's a nice experience. if get chance to visit Dubai again, I will definitely choose this.

Me and my team had a really good time staying at the Villa. Leila is an extremely sweet person and is quick to respond to any and all queries. The villa was clean and beautifully decorated. The swimming pool just across the road is also fun. Thank for an amazing stay. Will surely come back again when visiting Dubai.

We had a dedicated property manager called Shahmir Ali who really took care of us. He was responsive and went out of his way to ensure that all guests were looked after. The property came in a nice condition and looked even better than the photos!

Nos hospedamos durante una semana con mi familia en el apartamento de Salma, y fue todo mejor de lo planeado. La ubicación es espectacular, sobre la marina, con muchos restaurantes cerca y también a pocas cuadras de JBR, una zona con mucho ambiente y también muchos restaurantes. El apartamento es super cómodo, aún más lindo que en las fotos, y con una terraza que es un placer que desayunar ahí todos los días. Salma fue una host impecable, nos ha dado toda la información al detalle y siempre atenta a nuestras necesidades. MUY RECOMENDABLE

Very good apartment,location is good ,nearby the metro ,nice community and very friendly staff . The apartment is clean ,simple but you will have all the things that you need . I love the sofa bed that can be a good spot to relax ,watch tv and can rest properly. I will surely come back in this apartment and will recommend it to my friends . Good choice .

Die Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Das Ankommen verlief ohne Probleme, allerdings hat beim Eintreffen das Wasser, Internet und die Klima nicht funktioniert. Noch am selben Abend kam ein Mitarbeiter von Cosmica und hat alles gelöst. Insgesamt war die Kommunikation überragend und perfekt. Nach kürzester Zeit wurde zu jeder Tageszeit auf die Nachrichten geantwortet. Ich habe eine tolle Empfehlung für einen Helikopter Flug bekommen, der für mich sogar gebucht und im Voraus bezahlt wurde. Wir haben uns sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr zentral und sowohl Marina, als auch Strand und Riesenrad waren fußläufig zu erreichen. Einziges Manko ist, dass es trotz der Höhe sehr laut war durch den Verkehr. Nachmittags hat es sehr lange gedauert die Wohnung per Taxi / Uber zu erreichen, da die Straßen überfüllt sind. Alles in allem hat aber alles gepasst und Cosmica hat uns bestens betreut.

This was an amazing stay in the heart of Dubai Marina with an incredible view! The flat was very spacious and comfortable, clean and stylish. Me and my mother really loved it!

Great place to stay in Dubai with the family. Very close to all the activities at Palm Jumeirah and the marina. Still in a very quiet area with restaurants and private beach made our stay wonderful. Would recommend it for anybody visiting Dubai. We will definitely come back. Thanks Ericka, Jim and Marianna for making it happen and staying in touch to cover all our needs during our stay.

We had an amazing stay here for 2 nights at Rajnish’s place. We were a family of 5 adults and 1 kid and everyone enjoyed. The views from this appartment (and its 3 balconies) are super amazing. Upon googling I found that this building is the 3rd tallest building in Dubai. The appartment is located on 82nd floor. Rajnish was kind to give us an early checkin at 12:30 pm. Appartment has two extra foldable beds which one can use. Rooms are very spacious and were clean. Bed was comfortable. You get a fast internet. Checkin was smooth. Dubai Marina is a great neighbourhood to stay.

Excellent place. The only good one in the whole city (seriously).
