Built in 1945 our home is a craftsman cottage style home is located in Abilene's Old Elmwood neighborhood. Our home is fully furnished with a comfortable style to make you feel like you are at home. Our home is 5 minutes away from McMurry University and 10- 15 minute drive to ACU, and Hardin-Simmons University. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the entire home including both bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, washer/dryer, and back patio. Self checkin with smartlock.

It has been totally renovated and updated and just might be the cutest "steampunk themed tiny house with a sleeping loft" anywhere, much less Abilene. Our little unique bungalow is a smaller home located on Sayles Blvd. Right across the street from McMurry University, and under 10 min drive to most areas. We are on a busy road there will be road noise. We do have sound machines available. We do NOT allow pets. Parking available for NO More than 3 vehicles NO parking on the grass. Please note our parking can NOT accommodate big trailers or several large vehicles. Our home is on a busy street with VERY limited parking.

Private entrance! Very clean, peaceful and centrally-located Backyard Bungalow. Enjoy an extremely comfortable room, including a comfy queen size bed, futon, Wi-fi, TV (use your own streaming service), refrigerator, Keurig coffee pot, microwave and a large walk-in shower. Outside the Bungalow includes a patio and plenty of parking. The yard is a shared yard-space with the main house. I do have 2 very friendly dogs that do not share their yard with other pets.
