Wonderful place for a holiday. Peaceful, relaxing. Easy to get to cities and mountains. Fell in love with the views of the ever changing mountain landscape and clouds. Despite being early in the season we enjoyed the pool. The kitchen was really well equipped and made cooking a pleasure. Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in….including my own!! The supermarket nearby was excellent, and the local bakery excellent. Very helpful advice sent to us regarding places to park for free while visiting Lucca among other things. The layout of the villa gave space for us to be together, or for privacy

If i could give 20 stars, it would not be enough to state what this Torre Riva is all about! Peaceful, private, quiet, ancient, historic! Perhaps the most remarkable place we've stayed! The village below is quiet, the townspeople are friendly. The entire area is a picture. You will feel history. Mario is an absolute genius with how to send the baggage up. The renovations that he continued with, the woodwork! The way up, is only the best part...get in shape. The village is worth the walk within all the alleys. A picture at every step. Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Cristinas Haus in Fabbiano verbracht und dort unsere Auszeit vom Alltag sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön in den kleinen, ruhigen, sehr romantischen Ort eingebunden. Man geniest vom Garten aus einen wunderbaren Blick in das Tal und die Berge und kann vom Haus aus auch gleich eine schöne Wanderung aus unternehmen. Cristinas Empfang war sehr herzlich und gab uns das Gefühl, uns in ihrem Haus wirklich willkommen zu fühlen. Wir konnten sie jederzeit fragen, wenn wir Rat benötigten. Der Garten ist traumhaft. Leider war es für den Pool schon zu kalt. Dafür haben wir den Kamin sehr genossen. Trotz des durchwachsenen Wetters haben wir viel unternommen denn das Haus liegt zentral zwischen Meer, den Bergen und einiger sehr schöner Städte (z.B. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Da der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist, konnte sich auch unser Hund die ganze Zeit frei bewegen. Für kleine Familien, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit lieben, ist das Haus ideal

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf! Fantastische locatie, mooi rustig tussen de olijfbomen met een uitzonderlijk fraai uitzicht! Je kunt hier helemaal tot rust komen en toch is er genoeg te zien/ervaren/proeven in de omgeving!

Grazie Mille, Fede! Federico's flat was the perfect introduction to Florence. Tucked into a tiny street, this apartment has a gorgeous view of all of Florence. Be mindful that it is in the city so you will hear some noise at night, but, to me, that adds to the experience. The Santo Spirito neighborhood is full of art, food, tiny markets, gardens, and more. I highly recommend staying here for at least a few nights:)

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte con la nostra piccola di nove mesi. L’host è stato gentilissimo e reattivo e l’appartamento è in pieno centro.

Elena was an amazing host. She was lovely and helpful. We had a lovely time at Elena’s place in the middle of the mountains. Felt like a fairy tale. Perfect location and good travel distance to Bologna and Florence. We would love to come back! ☺️

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, so dass alles zu Fuss erreichbar ist. Die Zimmer sind top eingerichtet, schön, sauber und entsprechen den Fotos. Filippo ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber, antwortet schnell und sollte etwas fehlen, bringt er es gleich in Orndung. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt! Sollten wir Florenz wieder besuchen, werden wir bestimmt wieder Filippos Wohnung buchen!

Location was fantastic, so close to the Duomo. Easy check-in, met at the door. Very communicative team. Main bedroom is gorgeous and roomy. Comfy beds. Love the ceiling. Nice small patio. Lots of room for family of 4. Small but very useable kitchen. Rudimentary pantry, if planning on making many meals there. Overall, a fantastic stay in Firenze. Grazie miele!

L’appartamento è spazioso e confortevole, dotato di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Abbiamo trovato la casa in ordine e pulita al nostro arrivo. Non siamo stati accolti di persona, ma abbiamo sempre ricevuto pronta risposta e indicazioni precise da Marek.

One of the best accommodations we have been via Airbnb. At the end of San Marcello Pistoiese, with a beautiful view and friendly hosts and even more friendly dog Gina. The apartment is on the second floor of the house, it has two separate bedrooms, bathroom, living room and a kitchen. Full recommendations.

Five friends made to feel very welcome to this beautiful spacious villa with a lovely pool set amongst olive groves. The scenery that surrounded us was beautiful. Invited to Mark's villa who shared his knowledge and history of the olive groves which was very interesting and the hospitality received was first class (vino and yummy bruschetta's). This was the perfect place to stay and would highly recommend.

Gorgeous accommodation in an amazing location. The closeness to Lucca, Pisa etc… makes everything so easy to reach, absolutely convenient. The house is huge with extremely comfortable beds and unique furniture. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and tastefully equipped. It’s hard to spend any time in the house though as the garden is simply divine, it’s a gorgeous, park-like garden with thousands of flowers, so peaceful. Our children spent many hours in the gigantic pool, perfect in the hot summer :-). The owners were incredibly friendly and made us feel very comfortable and we loved cuddles from the beautiful Hugo X. Thank you again and highly recommend this beautiful home away from home.

Wir haben uns als eine Gruppe von 7 Personen sehr wohl gefühlt. Die großartige und sehr vollständige Ausstattung der Küche hat es uns erlaubt jeden Tag selbst zu kochen. Leider konnten wir den schönen Garten, der sehr zweckmäßig und ästhetisch gestaltet ist, wegen des durchwachsenen Wetters nur wenig nutzen. Dafür aber bietet das geräumige und sehr großzügige Haus innen genügend Gelegenheit es sich gemütlich zu machen. Auch die Schlafzimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Unsere anfänglichen Befürchtungen, dass wir wegen der beiden Straßen zu Seiten der Villa schlecht schlafen würden, haben sich nicht bestätigt. Nachts ist es wirklich ruhig. Wir können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Ein sehr schönes Haus in der ruhigen Toskana. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und man hat sich um all unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Der Ausblick auf der Terrasse ist grandios. Die Einfahrt ist spannend mit einem großen Fahrzeug, jedoch auch kein Problem. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr ruhig und schön und man ist schnell in Lucca. Ausstattungstechnisch fehlte es uns an nichts, wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Falls man mit 8 Personen reist, die nicht unbedingt ein Paar sind, sind zwei der Betten vielleicht etwas eng, wir waren zu 7. und haben aus einem Zimmer ein Einzelzimmer gemacht, so hat es perfekt gepasst. Insgesamt würden wir sehr gerne wieder kommen!

Besten Dank. Es hat uns gut gefallen. Vor allem der Pool war eine Bereicherung für diese Hitze. Achtung, es hat sehr viele Mücken. Gut einsprayen oder was da haben, wo raucht gegen Mücken. Die Badezimmer sind hübsch, sowie die Zimmer. Es hat fast alles was man braucht. Auch die Grillecke ist toll. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke und liebe Grüsse

We had an amazing stay at Juri's beautiful villa in Tuscany! The place is super spacious, easily accommodating our group of 11, and it was spotless and very well maintained. Juri and his mom were incredible hosts—always responsive and ready to help whenever we needed anything. The location is also perfect for day trips to Florence, Pisa, and Lucca. If you're looking for a charming, well-kept and very clean villa with top-notch hospitality, this is the place. Highly recommend! Let me know if you'd like any tweaks!

Stefano’s villa was the perfect place for our large group. Exactly as it looked in the photos and super tidy. Stefano is a really professional and responsive host, who also helped so much with advice on the area. I strongly encourage and recommend you book. We will definitely return!

Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Das Haus ist schön abseits gelegen, sodass man viel Zeit und Ruhe als Familie hatte. Im Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt, was in großen Gruppen schnell ein Problem sein kann. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche, an die wir uns noch lange gerne erinnern werden.
