With private access to the beach the cottage is right on the coast path and in beautiful countryside on our farm in Mid Wales. There is magic here with 400 acres of farmland to explore, although less than 5 miles from the University town of Aberystwyth so plenty to keep you entertained. Wether you come for the wild seas in winter, the fresh lambs in spring or the glory of the coastline in summer there is something for everyone. Incredible road cycling and mountain biking.
