Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. We have updated the property to give it a fresh comfortable feel but have retained many original features. One of which is the splendid stone fireplace which now houses a log burning stove. The cottage is nestled within the old part of town, located on a quiet street and within a 2 min walk to the shops and restaurants. There is a small enclosed front patio area.
