We had a lovely stay at this property. The home is in a nice quiet street but is only a 20 minute walk to the main restaurants and night life plus there is plenty of activities near by. The house had plenty of space and worked really well for five adults staying together. Thank you very much.

Lovely large house to stay in. Really close to queens cross and west end. Lovely large light kitchen, snug as well as dining room and large living room. Very well equipped. One of the best airbnbs we’ve stayed in. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic accommodation in Aberdeen. Ideally located near all essentials, including the train and bus station for exploring the surrounding area. Tina is a wonderful host—very helpful and welcoming. We will certainly return.

We stayed here due to its proximity to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary where my husband had major surgery. There's a shared garden which is secure, and a couple of parks just along the road for dog walking. The hospital is a 10 - 15 minute walk which saved the hassle of trying to park there. On street parking never seemed too busy and we were always able to park right outside the door of the flat, which helped tremendously when my husband wasn't too mobile. We could sometimes hear people moving about in the flat upstairs but there were no intrusive noises. It was quieter than we expected even though on a main road. It was just what we needed.

Susan was an attentive host. The bedrooms were beautiful and we had fantastic sleeps in cozy beds - that is so rare, but so important. The area was lovely. A great stay.

This location is perfect for walking around Aberdeen and visiting local hotspots! The flat is exactly as pictured in photos - very clean and spacious. Gail is a phenomenal host with many recommendations on things to do, and she even helped me retrieve an item I had left after check out!

Clean and well stocked flat that was walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go. Rosella and her husband were warm and welcoming hosts - would absolutely stay here again!

De communicatie verliep erg goed. De verhuurders waren erg vriendelijk. De accommodatie had alles tot in details wat wij nodig hadden, ook veel basis voorzieningen. Fijn dat we Netflix konden kijken. Vele winkels en restaurants en kleine supermarkt op loopafstand om de hoek. Het wijkje Fittie - Footdee was erg apart en aan te lopen. Het appartement bevond zich op de begane grond van het appartementen complex wat afgesloten was, een soort binnenplein / tuin waar ons hondje haar behoefte kon doen. De ruimtes waren perfect voor ons gezin. Ook fijn dat we af en toe een wasje konden draaien. Owja en de bedden sliepen heerlijk! De laatste dag voelde ik me niet lekker, maar heb gewoon de klok rond geslapen. Dochter heeft nog supergave schoenen gevonden in de winkel aan de overkant. Dit appartement zullen we zeker aanbevelen! We chose this place because of its proximity to the ferry terminal, and it was perfect- just around the corner from the wharf! The accommodation itself is great-warm,spacious with good bathroom and kitchen, and a washing machine-yay! The parking space behind the building was great for our hire car. James was super helpful and always responded quickly to any questions. We would definitely recommend this place.

The flat is within an easy 20 minute walk from the train station (also on a bus route) and easy access to the city centre. We wanted to also be within walking distance of the university's Kings Hall. The accommodation was exactly what we required for two, although I think that if there had been four adults the sitting room would have been on the cramped size. We didn't cook, but there appeared to be everything needed to prepare meals in the kitchen; the fresh milk left in the fridge was much appreciated as we arrived in the late evening. The flat was very clean and in a good area, near a busy main road, but this did not disturb us at night.

We were looking for a three bedroom Place while working in the area We did not expect to get somewhere like this on our budget it is better than some hotels I have stayed in Every thing you need is in this apartment Two rooms en-suite and another er bathroom downstairs We were working late and Angela was kind enough to wait for us as it is a met and greet welcome I would definitely recommend here for anyone visiting the area Regards Kevin

Great spot. Large apartment and just off union street in the heart of town. Easy walk to everything including the train station. Highly recommend.

Julie's apartment was nice, cosy and well-equipped. It has everything you need and is located in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful surrounding. I'd highly recommend it for a stay in Aberdeen

What an experience! Well done, David and team. Absolutely nothing to take away from this accommodation. - all the parameters of measuring a good service scored the very top mark. And it was good value for money too. The team responded promptly when the toaster broke down and most courteously too. I recommend this accommodation fully and without any reservation at all.

I stayed at Angela’s flat with my husband and baby daughter. We found the flat spacious, and well thought out. It had a well equipped kitchen. It was quiet despite being located so close to the city centre. We will definitely visit again! One thing we missed in the listing is that there are two steps to the building door from the street, not a huge problem but made getting in and out with a pram a little challenging.

Great place to stay would highly recommend it and Ruth was very nice and polite!

Have stayed here before. Second time did not disappoint. Walked to shops and town. (10 minutes) great restaurants nearby. Will definitely stay again.
