Relax in front of the woodburning stove after a days exploring, watch the sun set over Penrhyn Castle, take a walk down to the beach, or enjoy a drink at the The Slate Tavern and a walk home across the fields. Tan Lon Cottage is an idyllic break away.

Access to sauna (£10 a session) Privately set in a paddock, ideally located to explore Snowdonia and the beautiful Anglesey beaches. 7 miles from both the royal town of Caernarfon with it's castle and Llanberis at the foot of Snowdon. The cottage is grade II listed and has been completely renovated. Inside consists of one double bedroom which sleeps 2, a cosy living/dining room, 1 bathroom with shower, W/C and sink, and a kitchen. Outside has private off-road parking and a raised patio from which you are able to take in the surrounding greenery, as well as the stunning views of Anglesey.

The cottage has lovely original features, such as the charming staircase, exposed stone inglenook fireplace with log burning stove (logs not provided) & wooden floorboards. A relaxing evening soak in the hot tub can be recommended.

The Caban is only a stone's throw away from the famous Slate Trail and Penrhyn Castle, steeped in its links to the Bethesda mining history can be seen clearly from the decking area. Attractions close by includes Zip World and Snowdonia Mountain walks.
