Everything went smooth. Be sure to follow the instructions when arriving because the building can turn out as an actual labyrinth. The apartment was great! Veeeery clean and pretty bright during the day. Communication with the host was very good and they were very flexible. Internet connection is good enough to have zoom calls/share screen: another good point! Regarding the location, everything was perfect for us as well. Little bad side: The building hall was very dirty and full of stray cats. Trash and so on.

Even though very busy and noisy at Tahrir square, Mr Husain is always around, that makes me safe, secure and feels like home

Cairo, Cairo, Cairo, what an amazing place, and especially the downtown area where this apartment is located. Full of life, curiosity, generosity and welcome. And of course noise, dirt and traffic, but we loved it. We found fantastic food and lovely people in the small streets off the main roads. Fresh squeezed juice, fabulous coffee and nuts forever. The apartment is big and comfortable, not too clean but nothing we couldn’t handle. Ahmed, his father Ayman and uncle Magdy are wonderful, warm, interesting people. They were very attentive and did their best to help us whenever we needed assistance. I am so glad we decided to stay here instead of Zamalek or Maadi. Many thanks to Ahmed and his family for our wonderful four weeks in Cairo. We will never forget.

We couldn't have wished for a better place to stay during our time in Caïro. The appartment is located in downtown where you are in de midst of Egyptian atmospheres and get to enjoy local shops and restaurants withing walking distance. The appartment itself is spacious en in Egyptian styles which adds to it's charm. It's located in an old building with a gorgeous old elavator and friendly neighbours. All contact with Patrick went through Airbnb. He is a friendly host who wants to help his guests to enjoy their stay as much as possible. In Caïro itself Moamen was our guide who picked us up from the airport and helped us organise tours and showed us around during our stay. Moamen is an incredibly warm and friendly, qualified guide who knows a lot about Egypt and Caïro and shares this with passion. He is available to help whenever you need but also gives you space and time to explore the city. We couldn't have wished for a better guide. Thanks again Moamen for your time and effort!

very helpful and nice host, the flat is well located in the heart of old Cairo, it's very well furnished with everything you'd need during your stay.

Les informations d accès reçues avant l arrivee sont très utiles et la localisation GPS nécessaires aux taxis ou chauffeurs uber. la vidéo facilité l accès à la l immeuble très bien gardé et accueillant. Notre hôte Ahmed a été très aimable et proactif, nous a apporté de l eau, du jus de fruits et des draps de lit qui étaient absents. Communication aisée avec lui a tout moment par WA. Immeuble très bien situé, quartier agréable et très sûr.

James was a fantastic host, not only was the Airbnb exactly as advertised but he was also extremely friendly and flexible when it came to our booking! Fantastic stay, can only recommend!!

The apartment is of great location with 10-min walk to Egyptian Museum, 15-min walk to riverside path, 10-min by taxi to Historic Cairo. It has 3 bedrooms with a shared bathroom, and a comfortable balcony as a public space, where we could chat and drink, or simply sit here and enjoy ourselves. Our host, peter, is a very nice person. He’s kind, responsive, and helpful.

The flat had everything I needed for my 10 day stay in Cairo, especially the hot shower and laundry, and was located in a safe area close to the metro station. The hosts are very friendly and helpful for anything you should need help with during your stay. I would choose this place again for my next visit to Cairo!

We were very happy with our stay at Marwa’s apartment in Cairo. The place is new, clean, and simply but practically furnished. There are three bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a single bed, and one with a mattress), as well as 1.5 bathrooms with two toilets and a living room. The location is central, right by Tahrir Square and very close to the metro – a big plus. The area was quiet, and we were able to sleep well. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Marwa is a great host. Communication with her was quick, friendly, and very caring. She even provided us with a list of interesting restaurants and cafés, which was very helpful. Marwa was flexible and accommodating with many arrangements, which made planning much easier for us. We can definitely recommend staying at Marwa’s place!

الشقة قريبة من معظم المناطق السياحية مثل (ممشى مصر والحسين) ويوجد بنك لصرف العملة أسفل العمارة الشقة آمنه والجيران ودودين وهادئين ويوجد كاميرات أسفل العمارة الواي فاي سريع تعامل أحمد ووالدته راقي جدا سعدت باقتناء هذه الشقة وساعاود إيجارها مجددا بإذن الله

Ho soggiornato 4 giorni da DHB Stays nel cuore del Downtown del Cairo e l’esperienza è stata davvero positiva. La posizione è perfetta: centrale, comoda per raggiungere a piedi tantissimi luoghi d’interesse, ristoranti e caffè locali. Nonostante il caos tipico del Cairo, l’appartamento era sorprendentemente tranquillo e ben insonorizzato. Gli interni sono curati, puliti e arredati con gusto moderno. Il letto era comodo, la doccia spaziosa e la connessione Wi-Fi stabile — una rarità nella zona! Il check-in è stato semplice e lo staff è sempre stato disponibile e veloce nel rispondere a ogni richiesta. Un’ottima scelta per chi vuole vivere il Cairo autentico, senza rinunciare al comfort. Lo consiglio assolutamente!

Great place to stay: very central location, very clean, apartment is bigger than I thought based on the pictures, supermarkets around the corner, surprisingly quiet at night for downtown Cairo. Thank you very much!
