The accommodation comprises a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a living room with kitchenette and tea and coffee making facilities. The location, in Churchdown Village, is peaceful yet extremely conveniently located, with a pub, village shop, takeaways and bus service to Cheltenham and Gloucester all within a few minutes walk. The house is set back about 100 yards from the road and is therefore quiet. It has plenty of off road parking and a bus stop outside. Within 400 yards we have a pub, Chinese and Indian restaurants, cafe and newsagents. Nearest supermarket is one mile away.

It is separated by a bookcase from the main living area. where there is also a sofa.
