This was, without a doubt, the best place I’ve ever stayed. Everything was absolutely perfect. The house is fully equipped, warm, and designed for complete comfort. It’s not just beautiful—it’s incredibly safe, with a police station just 200 meters away for added peace of mind. The location is simply breathtaking. Nestled by the river, surrounded by nature, and close to everything beautiful. But what truly made this stay unforgettable was the host, Samy. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering incredible hospitality and invaluable local recommendations. Thanks to him, we discovered some hidden gems we would have otherwise missed. From start to finish, it felt like home. I already can’t wait to return next year!

Walid is the best possible host you will ever have. Very welcoming and always responsive, he thinks about everything to make of your stay the best possible experience. The Casa is a paradise where you can enjoy beautiful outdoors (pool, sunbeds in the middle of olive trees), and the bedrooms are fully independent. We will come back without any doubt.

Beautiful airbnb, decorated with taste. Possibility to cook and great couches to just sink in the good vibes of the living room. Quite close to Batroun, set up in a calm village. Would recommend for family and friends (and lovers!). ☀️

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sauber, die Terrasse war wunderschön und der Ausblick aufs Meer einfach traumhaft. Ich würde die Unterkunft besonders empfehlen, wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, da sie etwas abgelegen liegt – mit dem Auto aber perfekt erreichbar. Gerne wieder!

Amazing Stay at Sumsum Farm We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the charming old stone house. The house is beautifully surrounded by scenic trees and nature, creating a peaceful and calming atmosphere. The village itself is incredibly tranquil, with nearly all the houses being traditional stone homes, giving it a timeless charm. There's plenty to explore nearby, especially the stunning lake, which is just a short walk away. We also loved the small patisserie close to the house that offered delicious treats. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, kind, and always ready to help, making our stay even more memorable. At an altitude of 450 meters, the weather was perfect, which added to the overall experience. We truly hope to return soon and are very grateful for the warm hospitality we received.

We LOVED getting to stay here. Getting to use the fireplace everyday was a highlight. Nicolas was friendly, responsive and accommodating. The guest house managers were extremely helpful and responsive as well. Breakfast each more was delicious. We are looking forward to staying here again!

This apartment was a perfect winter getaway. There was so much snow! The watchman was very helpful getting us dug out and providing us with firewood. It was a really comfortable place.

the location is great in bcharre, close to the Cedars reserve. A very calm location, surrounded by trees. The best part of the house was the terrace with the beautiful scenes. Charbel, Cherine, and Mr. Tony were all generous and helpful. overall it was a great experience at their house.

Je serais bien restée là-bas plus deux semaines ou plus. Vue magnifique sur la montagne, logement confortable, propre et calme, accueil discret et gentil. Le village est proche ce qui permet de s'approvisionner facilement. Le sentier de randonnée démarre quasiment au pied de la maison ; au bas de la vallée il se ramifie en plusieurs sentiers, les uns remontant vers des monastères, les autres continuant le long du fleuve. La vallée de Qadisha est célèbre pour son relief spectaculaire. Les personnes qui comme moi ne sont pas motorisées peuvent arriver facilement par bus de Beyrouth (Dawra), ou de Tripoli, le conducteur vous dépose devant chez Zeina.

It was really great experience and the host is extremely nice and helpful person. When we had difficulties with finding the Saleh's place (we were walking :), he picked us up from the place where he noticed us. Next day we were continuing our trail and he woke up early morning to take us to our start point. The place was very clean and well equiped. I absolutely recommend Saleh's place.

Yara was such a great host, very lovely, warm, welcoming and hospitable. I loved the place. It was perfect and well worth the price the peaceful location. Perfect get away from the buzz of the city. Thank you Yara will definitely be visiting again. 😊

Un endroit simple mais absolument magique! Niché au cœur d’un grand verger d’oliviers, il est très calme et vraiment privé, reposant et idéal pour se détendre! La cabine est simple mais confortable, avec une belle cheminée ancienne et un espace extérieur très agréable. J’ai particulièrement apprécié le cadre naturel et paisible. Très bon séjour!

I was looking for a weekend getaway to gift my mom and her friends and Lavender House did not disappoint. The place is so beautiful and cozy with a spacious outdoor space. We were a group of five and everyone was happy and satisfied with their stay. Photos of Lavender House don't do it justice. The indoor area is very cozy and has a warm vibe, and the outdoor area is surrounded by a stunning view of mountains and fields planted with a plethora of trees. There are several seating areas, a space for outdoor barbeque, an outdoor sink, and a firepit which we sat around at night. The place was clean, tidy, and well equipped, with beautiful lighting and reliable amenities. The complementary wine was delicious, and the hosts were generous with their recommendations, accommodation, and responsiveness. Overall, our stay was smooth and very memorable. Our hosts were there to address any of our concerns and needs and by the end of our stay our group felt more bonded and quite satisfied.

My friend and I wanted a getaway from the city, from people, and just be somewhere off thr grid. Boy was this a treat, it felt like sleeping in a dreamy tree house, you are literally on the cliff of a hill, surrounded by spectacular views and overlooking a valley. Lots of greenery and very clean air. It's completely private, and you feel like you live in a cabin in the middle of a forest (if you like that, we know we enjoyed that feeling). The host was more than friendly, he was very attentive to all our needs, was very generous with the wood supply for heating and provided a complementary tradional breakfast that is amazing. The cabin inside is quite cozy, it's small but just the right size. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely come back again.

What you will find in this cabin is even more beautiful than the pictures! The place is very clean and has everything you need; it's perfect for two people! The neighborhood is very safe and beautiful; you can take a little walk and enjoy the beautiful view. I highly recommend it if you want to escape the city.

A hidden gem in Bcharreh. Ideal for a couple escaping the city. Chris was very helpful and the communication was great. Small touches like a welcome coffee and tea, a fruit platter, and some cookies went a long way in making us feel welcomed. Will return for sure.
