On the first level a fully equipped kitchen/ living and dining area have been tastefully outfitted with a mixture of modern classics and unusual finds, offering the utmost in comfort in a cool and casual setting designed to make your stay in the City of Lights a very special one. Private access via the main entrance, this duplex is an independent apartment. A fan is provided, however, due to the the old thick stone walls the apartment stays rather cool even on the warmest of summer days. 2. The apartment has an interior stairway from the living/dining room to the bedroom/bathroom and therefore may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. 3. This apartment can only comfortably accommodate 3 people. Children above the age of 12 years old are welcome. 4. While the kitchen is very well equipped, there is no dishwashing machine.

Appartement très agréable, au coeur de Paris, face à la Tour Eiffel ! lumineux car situé au dernier étage( 6 ème avec ascenseur) dans une rue très calme.Entièrement rénové en mars 2020 avec des matériaux et meubles de qualité ,bien équipé. Et bien sûr une terrasse bien sympathique pour se relaxer, prendre son petit-déjeuner au soleil! Et le soir venu déguster une bonne bouteille de vin tout en admirant la tour Eiffel illuminée!
