Due to the size, my apartment is best for 1-2 people without a lot of luggage. I can’t make it any more clear how small this apartment is. So please do not book this if you value lots of space. The value is in the location. Easy self check-in (I allow early check in the day of arrival ok). Strict check out time. No luggage storage.

The bedroom, with bathroom, is on the 1st floor. The living room, kitchen and a second bathroom are on the ground floor. The living room overlooks the courtyard garden. Fig, carob and olive trees are planted here. A Mediterranean garden in the heart of Paris. Two cats, Mi and Mines, live here. They keep pests at bay.

Two toilets, one bathroom with an extra large shower. I lovingly renovated and refurbished this historical place. It’s calm and charming, with old stones and wooden beams. Just around the corner: shops, restaurants, jazz musicians, legendary cafes and famous adresses.
