Right in the center of Paris, near Le Louvre and the river La Seine, stay in this calm and elegant apartment. Much history is rooted around and you will have plenty to visit and discover just by walking around (see pictures). This is a 40m2 flat, ground floor, with a spacious living room showing a peaceful view on a cute outside courtyard. Many renowned artists have crossed and still passes the streets of my neighborhood, come and experience the real life of a Parisian !

in my own apartment you will be in the place to live as french people… you have near by all what is necessary for eating, there or outside, museums, music concert, theaters, pictures (version originale) opera Garnier, Bastille . and shopping, restos, pâtisseries and so on ! 3ème person can be received (adult or child de + 12 ans), an extra bed in the living : 45€/night. If you are 2 but wanting extra bed for sleeping separatly, ask it for 30€ for the entire stay.
