Situé à deux pas du canal Saint-Martin, de la place de la République et du Marais, le quartier regorge de restaurants, de boutiques hipster et d’animations nocturnes, le tout à proximité de lignes de métro qui vous permettront d’explorer la ville. a 3 min a pied du métro république et ses nombreuses lignes desservants tout paris.

Bienvenu chez Léon ! Atelier intégralement rénové sur cours calme et arborée. Nous avons aménagé l’espace comme nous l’aurions fait pour notre propre habitation avec des meubles et objets trouvés lors de nos voyages, un mixte de pièces Space age ou des portes venues tout droit du Maroc et retravaillées dans un esprit contemporain ... le linge de maison est fourni et le nécessaire pour cuisiner est disponible. Nous espérons que vous y passerez un séjour agréable ; c’est calme et chaleureux !!!

Artist studio at Montmatre

Véritable atelier d'artiste, dans une petite rue qui part de Pigalle. De nombreux peintres ont habité l'immeuble depuis sa construction au 19 ème siècle. L'atelier , situé au 2ème étage est aujourd'hui entièrement rénové, confortable, très bien équipé, haut de 4 m sous plafond, lumineux, les baies vitrées s'ouvrent sur la cour, pavée et arborée de magnolias et de rosiers. Le temps est suspendu, le calme, la douceur de la lumière, les célèbres ateliers de la butte Montmartre, au coeur de Pigalle.

My studio apartment is petite, cozy and charming. Spectacular location in the heart of Le Marais. Just a few steps away from the typical Parisian hustle and bustle. Due to the size, my apartment is best for 1-2 people without a lot of luggage. I can’t make it any more clear how small this apartment is. So please do not book this if you value lots of space. The value is in the location. Easy self check-in (I allow early check in the day of arrival ok). Strict check out time. No luggage storage.

Loft Design in Paris by TOTON

"Le Loft" was designed by Toton design. It's a duplex apartment 30m from the Bastille in the heart of Paris. 80m² furnished with taste and originality. The bedroom, with bathroom, is on the 1st floor. The living room, kitchen and a second bathroom are on the ground floor. The living room overlooks the courtyard garden. Fig, carob and olive trees are planted here. A Mediterranean garden in the heart of Paris. Two cats, Mi and Mines, live here. They keep pests at bay.

Comfortable duplex Saint Germain des Prés

In one of the small streets behind the church Saint Germain des Prés, in a house built in 1650, a cosy two-bedrooms-space is waiting for you. One bed is 180cm large, the other one 160cm. Two toilets, one bathroom with an extra large shower. I lovingly renovated and refurbished this historical place. It’s calm and charming, with old stones and wooden beams. Just around the corner: shops, restaurants, jazz musicians, legendary cafes and famous adresses.

My studio is located next to the Canal St Martin. There you can have breakfast in a small private patio. The studio is a quiet, bright and cosy space with a quite high ceiling. It is a 5 minutes walk from métro République, very convenient to travel in Paris. The République area has a great variety of restaurants.
